I was really looking forward to getting a modern mullet after growing my hair for six months, but unfortunately, my cut ended up much shorter than I wanted... about 3-4 cm too much was taken off. While the haircut itself wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I had asked for, and it doesn’t resemble the reference picture I provided. Now I have to wait another 3-6 months for my hair to grow back.Pau was lovely and professional, which I appreciate. However, I would recommend that next time, before cutting, to confirm the length by showing it on the hair... especially before using clippers... so the customer can be sure they’re comfortable with it. This would help avoid any misunderstandings and ensure the final result matches expectations.EDIT:I appreciate your perspective, but I want to clarify that before the first cut, I was not asked if the length was okay. I was expecting a modern mullet with a specific length, and instead, 5 cm was cut off immediately without confirming with me first. That’s why I was disappointed. I did not complain at the time because I was in shock and needed time to process it, but that doesn’t mean I was happy with the result.What disappoints me even more is your unprofessional response to my honest review. Instead of acknowledging my experience, you are arguing with me and dismissing my feelings. A professional approach would have been to listen and take feedback constructively rather than reacting defensively. Today I have met the most incredible hairstylist and had the best haircut I have ever had. In fact it wasn't just a haircut, it was an experience. I highly recommend this place and this girl. She took into consideration everything I was desiring and created magic. She is a pure talent with perfect english. I will most certainly be returning!Let's support women doing it on their own!A truly great hairstylist is hard to find, difficult to part with and impossible to forget!!!

I had the absolute joy of getting my hair cut by Pau last week! ‍♀️ What gems - this lovely human and her shop! Pau is not only incredibly skilled, but has this intuitive magic where she just gets you. I gave her a loose and confusing idea of what I was hoping for, and she encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone with a spunkier cut....and I’m so glad I trusted her! I feel more like meeee without feeling like I have to hide it. The whole experience was fun, laid back and amusing! Pau is witty, welcoming, and clearly passionate about her craft. The shop itself is a cozy, queer-friendly haven where you instantly feel safe and seen. ️‍ As someone still figuring out how to style short hair(really, I have no clue), I honestly feel like I found the hair mentor I’ve been dreaming of haha! ✨ I walked out feeling radiant, confident, and cared for. Pau will absolutely be my hair person from now on, and I’m so grateful for such a memorable and uplifting experience. Highly, highly recommend! Thanks again, Pau!

A+ It doesn't get better than this. Pau is an artist! She gave me an excellent haircut at a reasonable price, all the while sharing tips on everything from local queer life to the best beaches--all in her excellent English. I'm over the moon knowing that this is my local shop!

I have curly and unruly hair, so it's tough to find a stylist that can help me manage my hair without a handful of styling products. Pau took time to advise me and cut it according to my hair type, which made my mornings so much easier. Never a bad hair day after Pau's work!
