We had our wedding in the Finca Villa Palma at the end of September and it was like a dream come true from start to finish.Soraya was amazing, very attentive through emails , menus, organising the day from start to finish she was then there during the whole celebration to help guide the day.The venue is breathtaking, the views are insane, the ceremony looked beautiful. We had the reception overlooking the view on the lawn.The food was 5* everyone commented on how the food was the best they had at a wedding. The staff were incredibly attentive and the meat trending menu was fab with tasty canapés to start.Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special and such an easy day with Soraya’s help.

Celebramos nuestra boda en Finca Villa Palma el 05.09.2025.El lugar es realmente precioso: rodeado de naturaleza, con vistas al mar, la montaña y un entorno verde que crea un ambiente único para celebrar una boda. Nuestros invitados quedaron encantados con el entorno y la atmósfera tan especial que se vive allí.Soraya, nuestra comercial, fue siempre atenta. Respondió siempre a nuestras dudas con rapidez y el día de la boda también estuvo disponible para ayudar en algunos detalles de la organización.La comida estuvo deliciosa y el servicio durante el banquete fue excelente, gracias en gran parte al metre, Pablo, cuya atención y profesionalidad hicieron que todo fluyera de maravilla.Como aspecto a considerar, los precios de ciertos servicios básicos pueden resultar elevados y la organización en general puede llegar a ser algo estresante si no se cuenta con la ayuda de una wedding planner. En algunos momentos, en lugar de facilitar, ciertos procesos parecieron añadir un poco más de complicación.En resumen, es un sitio espectacular para un día tan especial, con un gran entorno y un servicio de calidad, aunque conviene que alguien ayude con la planificación para poder disfrutar al máximo.

We had our wedding at Finca Villa Palma in August 2025 and it honestly exceeded every single one of our expectations. From start to finish, the staff were absolutely brilliant – attentive, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The service was so smooth and efficient, which made the whole day feel effortless for us.The food was out of this world – every guest commented on how delicious it was, and people are still raving about it weeks later. The drinks flowed all day and night, and we were made to feel completely at ease throughout.On top of that, the setting is just breathtaking. Nestled in the hills of Marbella, the views are stunning and created the perfect backdrop for our day.We couldn’t have wished for a better venue – Finca Villa Palma will always hold a special place in our hearts. While Finca Villa Palma is undeniably beautiful—nestled in lush greenery, surrounded by palm trees, and offering a stunning ocean view—our wedding experience was unfortunately overshadowed by poor management and disappointing service.• We experienced a 1-hour electricity outage caused by the venue’s kitchen staff, which disrupted the entire celebration. Despite the DJ and live artists losing an hour of performance time (which had been paid for), no compensation or refund was offered (despite numerous mail requests with little feedback).• Invoices prior to the event were incorrect, with several costs double-counted, requiring time-consuming corrections.• After the event, we faced a long delay in receiving our deposit back, which added unnecessary stress.• The BBQ buffet was a major letdown, falling far short of the quality promised during the pre-wedding tasting.• To top it off, the bartender told the guests he would stop making cocktails after 1hr even though he was paid for 2hrs. Only after an unecessary discussion he continued to make cocktails as originally agreed and paid for.Even though we had a wonderful wedding celebration with our guests, the lack of professionalism and accountability from the venue’s management made what should have been a joyful and seamless experience frustrating, stressful and disappointing.

Great location for your destination wedding in Marbella! I photograph many weddings here each year and it’s just a stunning location.Alabardero catering are one of the best on the coast! The food is so good and the staff are always very professional and helpful.

We had our wedding in Finca Villa Palma last week and we highly recommend this venue. We were so excited to have our wedding at Finca Villa Palma but when I say we, and our guests, were blown away, it's an understatement. We knew Finca Villa Palma was a great venue but we didn't expect it to be as amazing as it was on the day. Where do we begin!?! The three main things all of our guests could not stop talking about were the views, the staff and the food. On arrival, our guests were in awe of the views. Nestled in the mountains with a beautiful view of Marbella and the sea. Then when they were directed to the ceremony area they said it was like movie and that everything was just beautiful. Each staff member was so professional, polite and helpful. They were so attentive to their job and each guest was cared for and looked after. We loved that the chef kept an eye on the volume of food for the BBQ so the serving trays always looked full. A guest who is a vegetarian said she has never been at an event where they were looked after so well. She said usually vegetarians are an afterthought and she could not get over the amount of food available to them. Alabardero catering was fantastic. The food was delicious, the drinks were plentiful and the coffee station with snacks was a lovely touch. The two managers Pascal and the other man whose name we have gone blank on now looked after us all day which was much appreciated. Our guests enjoyed themselves so much that at the end of the night the 39seater bus was full and we had to order 6 extra taxis for guests. The venue ordered them for us no problem and told us to sit down and that there was no rush. They were so kind and patient with us while we sorted ourselves. What a venue. All of our guests want us to renew our vows there next year!

We had our wedding up at Finca Villa Palma and I cannot praise the team up at the venue enough. The views from up there were out of this world, the food was sensational and the whole package (drinks, lighting, the service from the team up there) everything was flawless. We were totally blown away by it all, but in particular Mercedes who was the venue manager who was just AMAZING. All of our guests said it was one of the most stunning venues they have ever been to. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. I want to do it all again!
