What amazing management, staff, and venue to host your private party. The Play hosted our team of nearly 100 guests for a private evening. Our arrival was met with an amazing set-up, delicious appatizers on the terrace overlooking the Alboran Sea, and the fragrance of freshly baked Paella being made in the dinning area.We were introduced to Play by Expereince Box, a locally based Event Management and Experience Group for hire who too have amazing team and connnections in the area.Although the weather was unuually cool for the season, our entire group could not resist moving outside to enjoy the view and appies. As the sun slowly set, the staff drew the ceiling shades which added warmth and shielded us from the evening breeze.We walked in to the main hall where our tables were thoughtfully set and our servers patiently awaiting to serve us cocktails and wine. The buffet tables looked so inviting with variety and colour.We had chosen the Paella and BBQ buffet and it was a huge success. Multiple trips were common place as the food was simply amazing.We were graced by the Play ownership group and senior management who really made us feel welcomed and apprecited. The staff worked tirelessly the entire evening, so much so, that our group did not wan to leave at our scheduled time. They asked for "another 30-minutes" three times, before the our transportation threatend to leave us (we are pretty sure they were joking).If you are looking for a fabulous group of professionals, who understand how to cater with passion and excellence, Play is your bet. It made our stay in the Mijas Costa area memorable. Thank you!!! So, very much!!!

Very good location and convenient parking. Inside it feels very cozy, decorated with great taste. When you enter, you feel a pleasant mix of warmth and luxury, accompanied by good background music. The attention of one of the owners adds more value to the place. The varied menu of Mediterranean food. Everything is very tasty, prepared with great care and very good quality products. Highly recommended for those who live in the area. They also hold events and celebrations of all types, social and business.

PLAY MIJAS es un espacio para eventos súper completo en todos los sentidos, lo recomiendo totalmente, hicimos un evento allí la semana pasada y nos trataron super bien facilitándonos la producción del evento en sí,Tanto el dueño como Georgina, directora de eventos del espacio, son super amables, te hacen sentir como en caso y facilitan muchísimo el poder crear allí el concepto de evento que uno elige hacer…LAS VISTAS ESPECTACULARES AL MAR…Gracias Georgina!!! We had an excellent experience at the Play Mijas restaurant! The food was delicious and the sea view added a special touch to our evening. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience in a beautiful seaside setting.
