Egal ob Frühstück, Lunch oder Dinner – alles war auf den Punkt zubereitet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und stets perfekt abgestimmt auf unsere Wünsche. Neben seiner großen Kochkunst war er auch menschlich ein echter Gewinn: freundlich, professionell und jederzeit aufmerksam. We had the pleasure of organizing a private chef experience with Vicente for some clients, and it was a fantastic choice. You can tell he truly loves what he does, he prepared the best paella I’ve had in years. Professional, attentive, and passionate about his craft. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, just enjoy. Vicente ist ein toller Koch, der leckere Gerichte zubereitet. Alles gesund, super Qualität und mit zuverlässiger Professionalität hat er uns total überzeugt. Er kommt nach Hause bereitet alles frisch zu und nach dem Essen wird alles aufgeräumt und sauber hinterlassen. Besser als in jedem Restaurant, ideal für festliche Anlässe, Geburtstage oder romantische Candle Light Dinner (wie in unserer Fall) wir werden ihn bei unserem nächste Ibiza Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!!

Vincente was our chef for a week at a retreat in Ibiza and he was fantastic! The food was amazing, well thought through and super delicious! I have enjoyed every dish!

Hace unas semanas hemos organizado un retiro de un grupo familiar en Ibiza.
