Spent a week at this hotel - nice staff, very friendly , amazing food and absolutely tasty cocktails.Rooms were cleaned every day also very spacious.Giving 4* out of 5* because of those cards - every single time you have to give it if you want a drink, snack etc. a bit annoying. But in general we enjoyed a lot staying over there ‍↕️

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service throughout was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. The entire property was spotless and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The dining experience was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh. As someone who mainly eats vegetables and chicken, I always found plenty of delicious options to choose from.Traveling with a young child, I especially appreciated the facilities for families. My 1.5-year-old son loved the children’s swimming pool — the water was warm, clean and safe, making it perfect for little ones.Overall, this hotel provided us with a relaxing and memorable family holiday. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This was our first visit to Benidorm and the Costa Blanca. The hotel is outside the main hotel forest of high rise blocks and opposite the Benidorm Palace theatre with dine & show. It is 15/20 minutes stroll down to the beach and promenade. Built around the swimming pool it is a comfortable size only three stories high. All the staff extremely friendly and welcoming especially the reception team and the waitresses in the restaurant. Food was well cooked and the buffet was varied well above most other hotels we have stayed in. Our room was large enough for 4 adults plus a baby cot it overlooked the children's playground and we had a large terrace.|The hotel was only minutes away from two bus stops and the cost was fixed at E1.60

My first trip to Benidorm, travelled with friends, some of whom had been to Benidorm before. The hotel itself is nice, clean and well presented. Rooms are a decent size if two sharing, you are not tripping over each other and they are clean. Air con was working - was 25-28 the first week of October, so we were glad of that. There was the usual sign in the bathroom about using towels again, however, the towels were changed daily, whether you put them on the floor for changing or hung them up to use again, so not so save the planet friendly. |The hotel is opposite the Benidorm Palace - a theatre - and a good bus ride away from the old town and a lengthy walk.|We stayed all inclusive. Gone are the days of a wrist band - at this hotel your room key card is the way to get drinks, into the restaurant etc. Not a big issue, but what they do not tell you at reception when you check in and are given the card is that you can only get one drink per card (one card per person, per room) and drinks are limited to two per person - so if you are getting a drink - even a soft drink or water - for the person/s you are sharing a room with that is all you can get at any one time. Bit of a faff when there are several of you travelling/staying together. I have to say the lack of availability of water, especially when staying all inclusive, was a big one for us. I have stayed at other hotels in Spain where this is not a problem and water fountains are available at the bar. It was not possible for instance to get a small beer and a water if also getting another drink for your room mate. There is no water fountain in the hotel or at any of the bars and bottled water had to be purchased at the bar, although it was available with meals in the restaurant. However, it was not possible to take an unfinished bottle of water - or wine - out of the restaurant. Wine bottles here labelled with your room number and you could ask for it at the next meal. The wine was ok, but not great.|The food at the restaurant was not, in my opinion, good quality. Although there was variety I found it difficult to put a decent plate of food together which I was able to eat. I love fish and look forward to fish dishes when in Spain, however, most of the fish on offer looked grey and very unappetising - and the hot trays only seemed to keep things luke warm. One dish I tried, pork slices friend in breadcrumbs, was so tough I just could not chew it. There were some nice salads and of course always pizza and some form of fried potato and surprisingly there were proper English type sausages at breakfast. While I was not expecting gourmet food I was expecting hot fresh food that was both appetising and tasty. Overall I and my fellow travellers, were very disappointed with the food offering and because of this we ate out other than the odd breakfast and some snacks, making the short break with friends rather more expensive than planned. |One or two of the staff were bright, chirpy and friendly - others not so. The one drink per card was strictly adhered to by most staff who were not always kind or friendly with guests when doing so. I witnessed this on several occasions, especially with newly arrived guest, who rather like us, had not been informed of the rule at check in and had only brough one card down to the pool/bar with them. It seemed that staff were always looking over their shoulder to see who was watching them, especially when asked for a soft drink or water along with an alcoholic drink. If there was no queue at the bar and or there were no other staff serving, some of the more friendly staff would oblige but not before looking around to see if any other members of staff or management were around and they would then whisper 'just this once' . I got the impression staff morale was not great. |I would not recommend this hotel and will certainly not be staying there again.

As per usual its easy to read more negatives than positives, we must admit we couldn't fault the place. Not a bad location close to shops bars and restaurants and close enough with a 10/15minute stroll to the main throng of bars in the new tow. Drinks we thought were great, Amstel served in pint glasses none of this small beaker lark, BTL wine at lunch even if you just ask for a glass you get the bottle, house spirits again were fine. Staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Room spacious, nipping clean and well maintained, cleaned every day and clean towels daily. For our 5 night stay we knew we wouldn't eat in on an evening but the breakfast and lunch was fine, something for most. We would certainly use the hotel again and recommend it.

The hotel staff are absolutely lovely and the place is very clean and tidy.|The food was very good apart from the chicken which was pink, so do check as its cooked different in spain.|We were all inclusive and the indoor pool and steam room were brilliant and free if you book it everyday.|The local beer and wine was very nice also.|The rooms are very big and we had a bath and a shower which was great.|Good quality fittings and furniture everywhere.|Plenty of sunbeds available at all times.||So all good so far.|Please do book this hotel as it really is good.||The not so good was the scottish big families and freinds who book this hotel 3 times a year.|Drunk constantly, shouting swearing and animals at meal times.|The guests were subjected to screaming at all hours with children around as well.|Now these people were not young, these were aged late fifties to 70 years old, and i can honestly say we have never seen so much foul mouthed alcoholics in all our travels.|Even the main town with the bright bars were full of scottish constantly shouting and wasted with drink.|Our last evening dinner at the hotel was hijacked again with a table of 8 scottish shouting and swearing whilst being completley wasted with familes around us as well with children.|So please medeteraneo!!! Ask these people to leave or throw them out.|Its very bad and being woken up at 3am for the 3rd night to them shouting and laughing in the coridoors is disgusting.||We will not book the hotel again because of these savages, as it makes the decent british tourist look bad||Apart from these people, the hotel is great and well done to all the staff.
