They took the time to understand us as a couple, our personalities, priorities, and budget, and made sure every detail reflected exactly what we envisioned. Their professionalism, warmth, and calm confidence made us feel supported every step of the way.We visited Marbella twice before the wedding, once with my husband to see the venue and again in the winter with my family for tastings and trials. Both visits were such a joy because of Ilinca’s approachability and warmth. She connected instantly with everyone and brought so much positive energy. My family adored her, and it truly felt like spending time with a friend who also happens to be incredible at her job.On the wedding weekend, the MW team was calm, focused, and perfectly organized. TLDR: We planned a destination wedding (from US in Anantara Villa Padierna). Ilinca Radu and the MW team are the best planners you can ask for, book them now.Firstly, ilinca (Lili) is the most warm, caring, patient person you will deal with in the wedding industry. She has one goal, to give you a dream wedding and to ensure you are happy. She will only bring the best vendors, never push anyone on you and she will fight to save you money/get the most out of every vendor.As for vendors, Lili and the team have close relationships with the BEST of Marbella. To name a few: Pedro Navarro for flowers/design, Soul Events for lighting, PapelaSophie for stationary, and many more for the small stuff. It is a saving grace to have someone local (especially if you’re abroad like us) that has such close partnerships with phenomenal vendors.Finally, the overall team is as good as it gets. They are responsive to messages at all hours to make sure every little detail is done. They are incredibly well organized to execute on every detail you mention over the months of planning. It’s been a week since the best day of our lives! Thank you to Lili and her team for bringing my dream wedding to life. Our guests are still gushing about how magical everything looked and I’m still in disbelief that this was our wedding! Ilinca and her team are amazing. We did the impossible, I was married in a traditional Spanish Catholic ceremony in the cathedral of Málaga, which is UNHEARD of. Ilinca toured with me all church’s in Málaga until we stumbled upon the cathedral then made sure to secure my date by even showing up 3 hours early on the cathedral sign up day. My abuelita who passed would have loved it, we embraced my Spanish and Puerto Rican heritage.Ilinca is always punctual. She met with me via zoom meetings while I was in Florida, USA and she was in spain. She always would answer me and even how crazy I was with my request, she never made it seem so. We planned a 2 day Indian Punjabi wedding with Lili and the team and we cannot thank them enough! We started planning in March 2024 and before this we spoke to sooo many different wedding planners but something different clicked with Marbella Weddings. From choosing our venues, organising catering and all other suppliers, Marbella Weddings were truly the most incredible team. We live in the UK so planning abroad was always going to be a challenge, but the time Lili and the team took out to plan, have video calls, email us and message us was always prompt and efficient. When we visited Marbella and met the team too, the trust we had straight away gave us the confidence that our wedding would be great. By the time our wedding came around (and of course throughout all this time), we worked so closely with the team and never felt pressured into doing something specific, if anything we always appreciated Lili’s honesty and truthful opinions to ensure we were getting the best suppliers for the best prices. Our wedding was the end of June 2025 and it was honestly our dream days. We did 2 days for an Indian wedding, and the Marbella Wedding team were amazing as always.
