I had a really great haircut and balayage colour experience with Nargiza. She matched my colour exactly to the colour in the picture I referenced and made sure the notes (honey, caramel) would complement my natural hair colour at the roots. She also put some layers in my hair which I requested and kept the U-shape when she cut it. I mentioned how hard my water is and she offered to do a deep conditioning mask which has made my hair so much softer. She is so friendly and easy to talk to and I’m so glad that I’ve found a great salon and hairstylist that I can return to!

Since I discovered Lois, going to the hair salon has become a real pleasure. Friendly service, a relaxed atmosphere, and flawless results. It’s a joy to be in the hands of someone so professional and passionate about their work. A perfect ten!

Lady was amazing! Very professional and speaking impeccable english(she is from UK). I have requested to change my colour from dark brown to blond. Result was speechless. She also corrected my haircut, made the best for my hair. For sure will come again!
