This was my second visit — the first time I came to have my two daughters’ hair cut. I loved the relaxing atmosphere, so I booked an appointment for myself this time for both a haircut and a perm. I really appreciate the appointment-based system; it makes the salon quiet and calm, which is especially nice since hair treatments can take a long time and a noisy environment can be tiring. Communicating with Yuko in English was no problem at all, which made me very happy. She is extremely professional and truly understands the hairstyle I want. Many stylists just cut straight away without much discussion, but she always double-checks the length with me before starting. I’m especially pleased with the result of the perm this time. When I got home, my kids said, "You look so different — your hair is so beautiful!" That really made my day.

Yuko discussed different hairstyles with me at length, really trying to find out what suits me and what I like. She didn't try to sell anything extra or try hard to convince me of anything I don't like. She's like a patient friend, genuinely interested in helping you look the best of yourself. She also constantly checked with me during the haircut to see if I'd like it to be done any differently. I very much enjoyed my time there. What a relaxing and refreshing experience!
