Great experience. Staff were so professional and spoke wonderful English. Gave great advice how to return the car during a major sports event near the shop to avoid any difficulty. Car was in great condition. Will use this location again on my next visit to Bilbao.

Noi quando ci rechiamo all'estero, specialmente in Spagna, andiamo a noleggiare l'auto presso una delle loro agenzie. Ce ne sono diverse nelle grandi citta' e fino ad ora ci siamo trovati bene. Hanno sempre macchine nuove e ben tenute ed anche i prezzi sono buoni

Very smooth and straight forward experience. Car was lovely and as described, an IGAR class (Lexus UX 250) that was flawlessly and very fuel efficient. Staff were brilliant too, company is consistent in their good service and product.

I had a fantastic experience renting an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Record go Rent a Car in Bilbao. I rented the car for a week, and it was a seamless and enjoyable experience.The rental office is conveniently located, and the pricing was reasonable. When I arrived, the car was ready on time and in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous, making the process even more enjoyable.What truly impressed me was their exceptional customer service. When we returned the car, my wife realized she had left her eyeglass case in the vehicle. I contacted the office, even after we had already left Bilbao, and they went above and beyond to help us locate the case. They even offered to send it to us through mail, and we're currently awaiting its delivery. We're incredibly grateful to the staff at Record go in Bilbao for their kindness and willingness to assist.The only minor inconvenience was finding a gas station in the city, so I recommend planning ahead when returning the car. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Record go Rent a Car in Bilbao to all our friends. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

Very bad service . I booked a car from 24th to 27th . I arrived in Italy on 24th in the morning 9 o'clock but nobody answered on the phone and I couldn't get the car . I tried to call many times but they just answered on 26th and they just ignored me . Disaster. Better use Europcar
