Fran at Eladio Empresa Joven provided an absolute professional and accurate service during our recent trip to Spain via our cruise. The chauffeurs and cars were impeccably well presented. Both drivers were local guys, which we like, and very knowledgeable of their respective areas. Fran was also able to arrange another service for the next day, some 60 miles away, in less than an hour. Five stars does not do this service justice, it should be more. I highly recommend anyone to use this company particularly for cruise passengers that would like to experience that little bit extra during their onshore experience.Thanks Fran, cheers Graham and Chanelle.

Great service, on time and reliable. We highly recommend Eladio Empresa Joven S.A.L., especially if you are traveling with children in Bilbao. We were in desperate need of transportation in and out of Bilbao, having travelled with the whole family, including two small children, and to areas not easily accessible with public alternatives as bus or metro. After repeated attempts to order taxis, and realizing that, as in most cities, it is normally impossible to get proper children’s seats in taxis, we were lucky to find Eladio Empresa Joven S.A.L. They replied swiftly to our inquiries, and had a good system to order and pay for the service. They were also there on time to pick us up with the car we selected and the necessary equipment to secure our children. On our way home to Norway, we had to be at the airport early, and it was no problem for Eladio Empresa Joven S.A.L. to be at our hotel at around 04:30 a.m. Based on the company’s recommendations, we also avoided arriving at to the airport too early, because the doors open until 05:00 a.m. This information provided by the company was worth a lot for our kids, because we otherwise would have had to wait outside the airport until opening. This was a good start for our trip home, and we appreciated this very much. The driver was very kind and helpful, and our communication with the company was also very good. Based on our experience, you won’t go wrong if you select this company, and therefore we highly recommend.
