Très déçu de l’attitude du vendeur. Après l’achat de ma voiture, quelques problèmes de pièces à changer, Et lorsque je lui ai expliquée, il a essayé de me convaincre du contraire, refusant de vouloir aider. Depuis je viens de m’apercevoir qu’il manque du gaz pour l’air conditionné, Il n’a fait aucun geste, il m’a demandé un prix plus élevé que mon garagiste. Pour finir, j’ai été obligé d’attendre une demi-heure pour qu’il me rende la voiture. Decepcionant!

I can only agree with all the 1 star reviews here and the hassle to get the deposit back. Miqel & Arturo are the worse car rental scammers I have met my entire life. I received the car 3/4 full, and never got the 800€ deposit back, they charged me 250€ for speeding ticket & repairs where I never saw the receipts. Pay double and go to sixt or other luxury rentals. They lock you with cheap daily prices and take it via the deposit. Not worth the hassle. Never going here again.

Desgraciadamente acordamos que si pasaba de los 200km pagaría 80€ por los siguientes 50 km, pero al devolver el coche no quiso saber nada y me hizo pagar los 150€. Desafortunadamente estaba satisfecho con el alquiler y todo, lastima de la falta de profesionalidad del Miquel. Al parecer un contrato no vale nada para él, disfruta de los 80€.

Communication was at the beginning good. I paid 1500€ Caution for the Mustang. I had the car one day & gave it back in a perfect condition on 26.12.2021. Arturo ( his friend) said, that the deposit is getting transferred asap back. He also said that international transfers could take 3 business days. I also agreed & waited. During that time Arturo blocked me on WhatsApp. I wrote his friend Miqel & he said that their office is closed because of COVID until 03.01.2022. I also agreed & waited. On 05.01.2022 I wrote him again & he couldn’t accomplish the transaction. I couldn’t believe him, because everyone can make a normal transaction. I said to him to try it again with the correct bank information. He recognised that his office forgot to write the BIC on the transfer ticket. So I need to wait until 07.01.2022. After that he blocked me. To block customers doesn’t make anything better. The thing is that I know where his cars are. Why would this guy try steal 1500€ if u have luxury cars. Anyways I have every document. I’ve already informed my lawyer in Spain. Miqel & Arturo, if u are reading this & I don’t get my deposit at the end of this week. U are going to have serious problems. Update:20:41/12.01.2022: I have WhatsApp conversations & pictures from bank card as proof. U blocked me on WhatsApp so how would I know that u have tried it ? ! I didn’t want to write here but at the end u answered after so many times of not reacting at my messages. I am willing to delete this Review when u transfer my money. Everything wouldn’t happen if u guys just transferred my money or even communicated with me like normal people. We both knew that you don’t have nothing regarding to proofs.
