We had a nice experience with our ride. The coachman explained the route in a map, and he took us exactly to the places he pointed in the map. He was very gentle and nice with the horse. The horse, Chocolate, was comfortable during the ride, and he was not abused in any way during the duration of our ride or the time we spent in the plaza. You could tell that man loves his horse Chocolate and takes good care of him. We were explained how the horses are taken care of during the evening and where they rest. The coachman was very nice and knowledgeable of the history and highlights of the city. We saw the coachmen washing the horses with a hose to keep them fresh and giving them water during the day. The claims from people saying that the horses are forced to stand all day without drinking water are false. Maybe there have been instances where the horses are mistreated, but that is not what we saw.

Gostei bastante da experiência.Tudo o que o cocheiro informou que ia fazer, cumpriu. Muito atencioso e simpático com todos. Informou todos os locais por onde passamos. Parou na praça de Espanha e tirou fotos com o nosso telemóvel.

Un bel giro con carrozza e cavallo , il cocchiere ci ha spiegato la storia di tutto quello che vedevamo, tutta la storia di Siviglia , ci ha scattato un pò di foto più sosta al parco di Maria Luisa dove ha parlato 5 min con un suo collega e ci ha lasciato coccolare il cavallo . Una bella esperienza.

Bei 30 Grad werden die Pferde auf der heißen, lauten Straße dazu gezwungen, Kutschen mit bis zu 5 erwachsenen Personen zu befördern. Jedes zweite Pferd lahmt, hinkt also sichtlich, alle Pferde schwitzen extrem und zeigen deutliche Anzeichen der Erschöpfung. Schaut hin! Würdet ihr bei 30 Grad in der prallen Sonne joggen gehen?! Das ist Tierquälerei und sollte schleunigst verboten werden!

It was clear to us on taking one of these rides that their purpose is primarily for the carriagemen to make money as opposed to focus on providing a special experience for visitors. Our treatment certainty left us feeling like we had been taken for a ride, but one intended for the reward of the driver at the expense of our own.We were approched in Plaza de Triunfo by the carriageman of carriage SE-77 and offered a ride for €45. When we asked what it involved, he explained to us that it would be a 45 minute ride. We agreed with him to go ahead with the ride on that basis.As we climbed into the carriage, he asked whether we would like to finish at Plaza de España or to return to the same place we were starting. We replied that Plaza de España should be fine.The ride took us to Plaza de España without any stops, the carriageman shouting the name of maybe half a dozen landmarks over his shoulder as we went past them. There was no effort made to help us understand anything about the city's rich history, heritage or culture.We arrived in Plaza de España in less than 30 minutes. As soon as we arrived, the carriageman told us that it was the end of the ride, while other carriages were slowly circling the Plaza.Given we were so early, I asked that my daughter and I were returned to our start point, while my parents would stop in Plaza de España. We were told that a contract had been agreed to for the ride to finish in Plaza de España and that once agreed, it was not possible to change a contract. I objected to this on the basis of the contract having been agreed as a €45 charge for a 45 minute ride, not a destination. He refused to concede or negotiate. It was clear to us that his adjustment of the contract to a ride for only 2/3rds of the agreed time was to suit him as opposed to us.I asked that we were given the further time that we had paid for, at which point he took us in a circle around the fountain for a few further minutes. We still finished well below the agreed time.The horse drawn carriages are a wonderful sight in Sevilla and should be a delightful experience that complements the city's breathtaking sights and heritage. So it is a shame that the service is being used to reward those willing to leave visitors feeling underwhelmed and deceived. If anyone is drawn to this experience, please take care to choose someone who is clear and honest about what you are paying for, and has a genuine interest in leaving visitors feeling enriched and better informed by their visit. I would certainly avoid carriage SE-77.

Excelente servicio, se contrato con un mes de antelación por tlf para sorpresa de mi mujer en su cumpleaños y todo salió perfecto.Muy muy recomendable. Los animales esta muy bien cuidados, y os lo digo yonporque mi hija monta a caballo y se cuando un animal está bien cuidado.La calesa muy bien cuidada, nos ofrecieron incluir en el viaje refrescos y algo de picar además de una rosa para mi mujer.Mil por mil recomendable, a todos mis amigos y compañeros se lo recomendare para sorprender a sus parejas. Los cocheras muy profesionales y grandes personas.Gracias por hacer el día más feliz a mi mujer.

Une magnifique balade en calèche à cheval à Séville, idéale pour découvrir la ville en fin de journée et éviter la chaleur. Pour 45 euros pour 3 personnes, nous avons pu admirer plusieurs monuments importants et explorer une partie de Séville de manière agréable. C'est une expérience charmante, parfaite à partager en famille ou en couple.
