Hacienda Las Mesas

El sitio es espectacular. Cuando lo visitamos nos enamoró y gracias a la visita de Marien decidimos que iba a ser el sitio perfecto para celebrar nuestra boda.Marien fue en todo momento PERFECTA. Nos facilitó toda la ayuda que necesitamos siempre desde la empatía, el respeto y la profesionalidad.Echamos de menos, pero no por su parte, el mantenimiento de la finca en muchos aspectos. El césped quemado de la zona de la piscina por falta de riego, la cama elástica que no estaba en funcionamiento o que de 3 lavavajillas, solo funcionó uno.Aunque el mayor problema fue cuando el primer día dejó de funcionar el termo en una de las casas y a pesar de avisar a la encargada, no nos encontró solución hasta las 17 del mismo día de la boda.Si no llega a ser por las soluciones de Marien la experiencia hubiera sido otra. GRACIAS Marien por toda la ayuda brindada, por dar soporte en todo momento y a cualquier hora.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit im kleinen Kreis in der Hacienda gefeiert und insgesamt ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig, bietet viel Platz und hat einen authentischen Charme – perfekt für eine Feier in diesem Rahmen. Auch die erste Besichtigung ein Jahr zuvor mit Marien war sehr angenehm, sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Leider waren wir bei der Ankunft enttäuscht vom Zustand der Hacienda. Viele Bereiche wirkten nicht gepflegt: klebriger Tisch, dreckiger Fußboden, schimmelige Kühlschränke und vor allem der Pool, der kaputt und nicht vollständig gefüllt und deshalb dreckig war. Auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zusätzlich ist schon am ersten Tag der Strom mehrfach ausgefallen. Zwar wurde nach unserer Rückmeldung jemand geschickt, jedoch blieb das Ergebnis unbefriedigend. Gerade beim Pool hätten wir uns gewünscht, ihn einfach nutzen zu können, anstatt das Gefühl zu haben, dass ständig nachgebessert werden muss.Auch wenn wir eine traumhafte Hochzeit hatten, lag das nicht an der Unterkunft. Der schlechte Gesamtzustand hat den Aufenthalt leider deutlich getrübt. Preis-Leistung ist sehr schlecht. Zudem warten wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage noch immer auf eine Rücksendung.Schade, denn das Potenzial der Hacienda ist eigentlich groß – gepflegt und besser betreut wäre es ein wirklich toller Ort für Feiern und Urlaube.

Beautiful location and we had a great time as a group, but a few aspects didn’t meet expectations. The pool wasn’t cleaned until day 4, even though we raised the issue on day 2 — it is in nature so had visible debris and dead animals, making it unusable.We also booked a paella experience with a masterclass, but it didn’t deliver the value or engagement we hoped for. Portions felt limited although we paid for extra, and the chef didn’t speak English, which made the class difficult to engage despite one of our guests helping with translation.While the host was polite and responsive throughout, the overall handling of these concerns left us a bit disappointed. The experience was great, but more attention to detail would have made a difference.

Marien is simply amazing... our stay at Hacienda Las Mesas would not have been the same without her!Firstly, Hacienda Las Mesas is beautiful - we held our intimate wedding there and it was picture-perfect!Marien was off for a few months at the beginning of this year and during that time (February), we visited Hacienda Las Mesas. Sadly, it was not as well maintained as it was the year before and we were extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance and care that was being put into looking after the building/grounds.However, Marien recently returned and worked her magic - she worked tirelessly to fix many of the issues and her commitment is impeccable. She has been incredibly professional, friendly and always put us first - it was refreshing!I can say with confidence that our stay would not have been the same without Marien - we would 100% stay again if Marien is there to look after it & us. P.s we paid Marien for a breakfast buffet - 100% recommend!Marien did apologise because some of the issues will take time to fully resolve.Our overall experience was 5 star - 4 stars for Hacienda Las Mesas (I have no doubt Marien will get it to 5 stars soon) and 6 stars for Marien!!--Marien es simplemente increíble... ¡nuestra estadía en Hacienda Las Mesas no habría sido la misma sin ella!En primer lugar, Hacienda Las Mesas es hermosa: celebramos allí nuestra boda íntima y fue ¡de película!Marien estuvo ausente durante algunos meses al comienzo de este año y, durante ese tiempo (en febrero), visitamos Hacienda Las Mesas. Lamentablemente, no estaba tan bien mantenida como el año anterior y quedamos muy decepcionados con la falta de mantenimiento y cuidado del edificio y los jardines.Sin embargo, Marien regresó recientemente e hizo su magia: trabajó incansablemente para solucionar muchos de los problemas y su compromiso es impecable. Ha sido increíblemente profesional, amable y siempre nos puso como prioridad – ¡fue un soplo de aire fresco!Puedo decir con confianza que nuestra estadía no habría sido la misma sin Marien – sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos si Marien está allí para cuidar del lugar y de nosotros. P.D. le pagamos a Marien por un buffet de desayuno – ¡100% recomendado!Marien nos pidió disculpas porque algunos de los problemas tomarán tiempo en resolverse por completo.Nuestra experiencia general fue de 5 estrellas – 4 estrellas para Hacienda Las Mesas (no tengo duda de que Marien la llevará pronto a las 5 estrellas) ¡y 6 estrellas para Marien!

Wir haben dort gemeinsam mit rund 18 Personen für insgesamt 5 Tage wohnen dürfen. Der 20 Meter lange Pool im Garten samt der daneben liegenden Grünanlage sieht sehr imposant aus. Der Pool war zwar gefüllt, jedoch stimmte aus unserer Sicht etwas nicht damit, da das Wasser nicht die mindesthöhe hatte, um den Infinity Look geschehen zu lassen und im Ablass Becken befand sich etlicher Schmutz und dieses Becken war garnicht mit Wasser gefüllt gewesen.Das schien sich auf das gesamte Wasser auszuwirken, denn das Wasser wurde nicht richtig gefiltert und man konnte es anhand weißer Badesachen merken, dass die anfingen grün zu werden vom Wasser.Ferner merkt man dem Pool einen Alterungsprozess an, da überall die kleinen Mosaiksteine abfallen und sich rund um den gesamten Pool befanden.Die Grünanlage besitzt zudem noch ein Trampolin für die Gäste.Insgesamt hatte der Pool sechs Poolliegen mit zwei Sonnenschirmen.Auf der Terrasse fand sich eine schöne Lounge sowie ein großer Grill (Achtung kein Gasgrill).Das Haupthaus besitzt einen Fernseher sowie diverse kleine Spielzeuge für die kleinen Gäste.Insgesamt sind wir für unseren Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und allen Personen hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Un lugar inolvidable para hospedarse y celebrar eventos familiares.Recientemente, alquilamos la Hacienda de viernes a domingo y celebramos una boda en su hermoso jardín. El entorno natural de la hacienda crea un ambiente tranquilo y mágico, perfecto para disfrutar de la compañía de familiares y amigos.La limpieza en todas las habitaciones y espacios comunes es algo que agradecimos.Quiero hacer una mención especial a Marien, la encargada de la hacienda, cuyo profesionalismo y amabilidad fueron claves para que tanto la estancia como la celebración salieran perfectas. Su disposición para ayudarnos y su trato cercano fueron muy importantes para nosotros.Muchas gracias a Marien y a su equipo por hacer de este evento algo inolvidable.
