BC™ Music Resort

Don’t expect a lot it is what it is. Rooms are clean but need updating, staff are all very friendly and helpful! Needs a little more music and effort with the dj and dancers were shocking! Pool party’s were non existent and music was on and off quietly! The food I won’t speak about. Coffee is nice. Alcohol is nice needs a little more options! However best part is the bonus this year the beach bar Starsbar is included on the all inclusive which is great!! This is our second time this year and will come back because we know what to expect it is what it is! Great weekend all in again!!!

We have just got back from a 3 night stay. The hotel is a good location, only about 10 mins to the beach and 15 mins to the strip. Check in and check out was easy and smooth and we all received our room deposits back there and then when we checked out with no issues. Drinks were good with alot to offer..strongbow on tap was a win for me. Having the beachfront bar as part of the all-inclusive was amazing in the day time as we got sunbeds on the beach right outside the bar so could just pop up for a drink when ever we wanted.|The only let down for us was the food. They had a good variety which looked appealing but everything we had was either cold or just warm which was a put off. |Staff were very friendly and helpful. |Air-conditioning in the rooms. The rooms were basic with everything you needed and were cleaned daily with fresh towels. |Overall as a booking of 11 we all had a great time and could really fault the hotel. We all said we would defo return to this hotel again if we came back to Benidorm.

Where do I start!!!!The Pros:- 1, the staff were amazing. They smiled all the time even when dealing with drunk bad mannered guests. The lady behind the inside bar is a credit to the hotel. How she kept her cool sometimes, amazed me.2, the toaster3, comfy bedsCons:- 1, if your over 30yrs, AVOID!!!2, As said in previous posts, this hotel is for groups of stag and hens who sleep all day and go out at night. We had a group of girls from what I can only describe as, the cast from My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding!!! Worse, they were put in rooms either side of ours!!!!Doors banging all night, music being played LOUD till 6am!!!! Lads on another floor, throwing fireworks off their balcony at 7am.3, food, SHOCKING!!!!!4, A/I bar stops at 7pmThankfully, we only booked for 4 nights.Enjoy

Pictures show a lovely vibrant hotel but it's far from it.||All Inclusive ends at 7pm !!||4 bars yet only 1 ever open !!! And you can only get 1 drink per person at a time so long as you have the plastic cup they give you, so keep that always....||Afternoon snacks were basically the food left over from lunch !!||Best thing about the all inclusive is the HP Brown sauce !!!! Oh and the icecreams you can help yourself to from the freezer at all meal times.....||Same boring choices every day !! Hardly any options for Coeliac !!! Yet they say they cater for it !!!||Pool is tiny and always in the shade due to being surrounded by high rise buildings !!! ||No sunbeds but instead chairs that lean back !!!||Lovely rattan day beds are not by the pool as pics suggest but on the roof top chill area which is actually really lovely !!! But no bar in operation and as you can only get 1 drink per person at a time...it's a pain travelling the 12 floors !!!!||3 tiny elevators but only 2 work - get 4 persons in max at a squeeze !!||Pool parties ?! Complete joke !!||2 dodgy dancers on a stage, music from a speaker ...no entertainments staff interacting with guests or foam or inflatables !!! |I've seen more life in a cemetary !! ||Hotel is sooo bad..... it's actually laughable !!!||Tho tbf we had a lovely 1 bed apartment like room with huge balcony for the 4 of us with a kitchen and eating area and sofa plus 5 single beds !!!!|Be warned tho, many rooms don't have balconys !!!||Our room was the highlight of the accommodation !!!!

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the other reviews but we gave the place the benefit of the doubt... ||7 of us all paid our deposits of €50 for our room on individual cards and only some of us received our deposits back. although the man on reception told us all deposits had been returned, 5 days later, this has not been the case. I have written it off because I don't believe it will come through now purely because on the first night when we arrived i mentioned to reception about the reviews regarding people not getting deposits back and Harvey on reception made a point of returning my deposit there and then whilst checking in to show it would come back straight away when we checked out (I had to pay the deposit again but he just wanted to show me) - on checking out the same card that was used received no money back & it still hasn't been returned. ||We were told that our party of 7 had broken a kettle and would have to take €30 from our deposit, this was fine, it was taken from one card and we split the difference between our group, we are not going to row over €30 however when we asked could we see this kettle and we were told no. I do not believe this kettle was touched during our stay, we actually moved things we weren't using into cupboards because there was such little space in the room.||I would just like to point out that Harvey, who works on reception in the evenings is very nice and can not speak highly of him. Just a shame he was not working when we were checking out as I know the issue would have been sorted immediately. |Harvey was very friendly and always had time for us if we walked past him he would give us a little wave and say hello. ||We had booked one of the dorm rooms for 8 people which had bunk beds and a room with 2 beds, this was fine but the pictures on the website do not reflect the room we were met with. Please, if you are a party of 4 or more, do not book one of the dorm style rooms as the bunk beds are bigger than any bunk beds I've seen - so high up with no sides so if you fall off you will seriously hurt yourself. My friends ended up having to take their mattresses from the top bunks and sleeping on the floor. Also, there is one built in wardrobe so no storage for larger parties. There are definitely some really lovely rooms in the hotel so if you are a larger party book over two rooms. ||There are 4 lifts and only 1 worked - not ideal when you are checking out from one of the top floors and the lift is full every time. We ended up dragging our suitcases down the stairs. Hopefully the hotel will look into fixing the other lifts. ||The roof terrace would have been lovely if the bar had been open but it was shut while we were up there meaning we had to go all the way back down to the pool if we wanted a drink. Ended up just going to the shop across the road and getting a carry out from there. I think sunset would be gorgeous up there. ||No sun loungers, only deckchairs which are comfortable enough. The daybeds I believe were €120. people were just lying around on the ground. I can see why they do not have sun loungers as the space isn't massive so just if you are visiting try and get there early to get a deckchair or a good spot by the pool.||I really don't want to drag the place down too much - it is what it is and we had good fun. ||the location is right at the end of new town and just a short walk there are plenty of places to eat and drink, not too far from the beach and the area felt safe, much safer than outside some of the hotels down near the strip. ||The food was decent, ice creams etc which were lovely and a good choice of food. Nice little dining area.||The indoor area with the pool, dj booth etc looked really good but we didn't get to make use of it. ||The hotel had some nice little touches for halloween which were cute 🙂

Our rooms were clean but still trying to figure out why we had 2 showers. Showers were very small. Im an average sized female and had a bit of an issue turning around in it lol. Only 1 of them actually worked. There wasn't any views from our room which was fine didnt stay in them for long, had places to explore. The hotel does need updating but for the price was fine. We had all inclusive package, drinks ended at 7pm which was fine as we were long gone by then.The hill to walk up and down was a killer but it was fine.The food was ok would say 7 out of 10. Did have a couple of repeat items and sometimes some of the food even though on a hot plate was cold.Staff were AMAZING!!!!!! The only thing I wish someone would have told us was about the Star bar on the beach were you can use your all inclusive bands. We knew about it from the reviews but no one actually told us about it.The music was the same and it was not my taste in music at all. I can stand it but the volume was always to high and when we were in the dinning area they had it blasting in the indoor pool area which was right next door and NO ONE WAS IN THE POOL AREA so there was no need for the music to be like in a club. Definitely would say to switch it up a bit for everyone's taste.I'm guessing because it is kinda of off season but the pool parties didnt look as fun to be at. We didnt attend but did come back to the hotel a couple times when one was on and like I said before the music was just the same all the time.

Great service, happy to make cocktails that are not on the menu. Hussain and Mariuen have really made our experience great, always happy and smiling. Being all inclusive at magic rock gardens and having this bar included right on the beach front has really been a bonus. Can’t fault the bar or staff members. 10/10!!
