The shop smells clean and fresh, and everything is neat and well-maintained. The chairs are also incredibly comfortable and of excellent quality. Anna did my toenails, and she did a fabulous job! She is such an amazing soul. I’m absolutely thrilled with her fantastic work. You could truly feel how patient and meticulous she was with every detail of the task at hand. Oh Lord, was I impressed? Yes, I was! I highly recommend her and this salon to anyone. Don’t hesitate to choose them!

Ich kann den Salon wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ich war bereits mehrfach dort – zur Maniküre, Pediküre, für die Hochzeitsvorbereitung und auch für mein Brautstyling. Alles wurde von Ksenia gemacht, inklusive eines Probetermins vorab – und ich kann durchweg nur Positives berichten. Am Tag der Hochzeit hat Ksenia mich gestylt – und zwar nicht im Salon, sondern vor Ort. Alles lief absolut professionell und entspannt ab, genau so, wie man es sich an so einem besonderen Tag wünscht. Die Terminabstimmung mit Ksenia war immer super unkompliziert. Sie antwortet schnell, auch abends oder am Wochenende, und gibt sich große Mühe, zeitnahe Termine möglich zu machen – auch mal spontan dazwischen. Im Salon selbst habe ich mich jedes Mal sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, entspannt und professionell. Besonders toll: Wenn man mehrere Behandlungen bucht, wird nach Möglichkeit so geplant, dass sie parallel laufen – das spart Zeit und ist super organisiert. Und nicht zu vergessen: Assistentin Lola ist der süßeste Hund überhaupt – es macht jedes Mal einfach riesige Freude, sie dort zu treffen! Ein rundum großartiger Service – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Hace tiempo que estaba buscando un lugar en el que me sintiera tan a gusto, tan bien atendida y donde entendieran desde el minuto uno que es lo que quería… Yo fui especialmente porque tenía una uña muy dañada, y Ksenia me ah dejado como si nada hubiera pasado!
