Boutique Gaudí

I saw a comment on here saying that the sales lady ‘was so rude that it’s iconic’ and I have to agree. She was so rude it was actually funny. She said I'm too skinny to shop here even though I am a size 8/10 and when I asked for prices she acted like I couldn’t afford it. She said that the jackets were too classy for me and wanted me out of the store. I have no issue dropping a couple thousand euros on nice clothes, but the owner should at least not be a c-word I was so confused by the whole exchange! I would’ve bought stuff!

0 stars — Unwelcoming and deeply disappointing My mum and I were excited to browse this boutique, but the experience was anything but pleasant. From the moment we walked in, the store owner looked us up and down with clear disapproval. She followed us closely as we browsed, and even rearranged clothes immediately after we touched them — as if we weren’t supposed to be there. When we tried to explore further into the store, we were told the clothes were "too fine" for us. I’ve never encountered such blatant rudeness and judgment in a shop. We were made to feel like we didn’t belong, and it was both humiliating and infuriating. If you value respectful service and a welcoming atmosphere, I strongly suggest you stay away from this place.

Pessoa extremamente rude e mal educada! Não tem atitude de quem quer vender roupa. Estávamos a experimentar um casaco que até íamos comprar e ela arrancou o casaco das nossas mãos e mandou-nos beber um café e pensar se queríamos realmente comprar ou não. A nossa decisão foi tomada logo ali!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!! What on earth is up with the woman in this shop????? She was extremely rude to us. We greeted her with a hello and she started spewing hateful comments at us in Spanish shouting "hola hola hola!!!!". I asked her what her problem was but clearly we were not welcome. She chased us out of the shop with even more rude comments. I hope someone ends up reporting this witch and have her shop close down.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Incredibly rude lady who runs the shop. Screamed at us and started shouting how expensive the clothes were before we could even reach the rail. I don’t like to post negative reviews but this is warranted.

Bbbbbbaaaaaaddddd Una experiencia muy mala. La dueña de la tienda trata a los clientes de manera irrespetuosa e incluso los menosprecia, diciéndoles directamente que si no les gustan los productos, se vayan a un lugar más barato. Los artículos son antiguos y de mala calidad. Desafortunadamente, fue la peor experiencia de compras que he tenido y no la volveré a repetir. No recomiendo esta tienda a nadie."

Cruella is inside don't come close. I don't think she's there to sell clothes but maybe to feed off of your anxiety.
