I had a great experience at the boutique. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they served me very quickly. I also appreciated the waiting area it was comfortable and a really nice touch.

L’atenció és impecable. En la meva primera visita no vaig fer cap compra, però l’assessor igualment em va dedicar gairebé una hora presentant-me i deixant-me provar diferents models de rellotges. I després de visitar una altra botiga per comparar, vaig tornar i a recepció em van reconèixer de seguida, donant-me la benvinguda de nou. A més, semblava que hi havia personal dedicat exclusivament a oferir begudes durant tota la visita jaja. Una experiència de compra realment excepcional i que val molt la pena:)

Очень Вежливый персонал. Нам предложили русскоязычного сотрудника но нужно было долго ждать ,,Нас обслужил азиатский сотрудник и даже по итогу покупок подарил парфюм в полнообъёмный формате.

I visited the Cartier store today 25/4/2025 around 15:40–16:00 with the intention of inquiring about a specific watch. My cousin from the U.S. had asked me for a favor—she’s getting married this June in Italy and wanted to gift this watch to her fiancé. Unfortunately, the model she wanted isn’t available in the U.S., so she asked me to check here in hopes of purchasing it in time for the wedding.When I entered the store, the woman at the reception did assist me by checking the price and letting me know that the sales associate was currently with another client. She said I was second in line and asked if I could wait, to which I said yes. However, I felt noticeably dismissed during the entire interaction. She didn’t offer me a seat while I waited, yet warmly greeted and seated customers who arrived after me. The difference in treatment was quite clear—it felt as though some customers were given priority or treated more favorably based on appearances or assumptions.I stood there for a while feeling uncomfortable and eventually decided to leave rather than continue to wait in that atmosphere. I came in genuinely interested and on an important errand for someone close to me, and it was disappointing to feel so overlooked.For a luxury brand like Cartier, I expected better. Even small gestures—like a warm welcome or simply being offered a seat—go a long way in making clients feel valued. I hope this store reconsiders how it treats every customer who walks through the door. Respect and courtesy should never be selective.

Very nice shop and we met a nice SA showed us some good stuff. They is a nice waiting cafe inside as well

Чудовий магазин. Гарна атмосфера та привітний персонал. Особливо дякую менеджеру Катерині, завдяки ній я змогла купити те, що хотіла, чудова та привітна, буду повертатися лише до неї ❤️
