Bistronomy cooked my wedding anniversary dinner and I could not have been more impressed! We did the dynamic tasting menu for 17 people and each dish was beautifully thought out and tasted AMAZING! They were great about creating dishes that avoided any allergens and aversions for each guest. 10/10 would recommend. I will be using them if I am ever in Barcelona again! Unforgettable experience!

Matej and the Bistronomy Barcelona team were the brilliant minds behind our welcome dinner and our wedding dinner. My husband and I are huge foodies so it was super important of us to have the best of the best. Matej’s food was thoughtful, delicious and you could feel his passion in the way he spoke and presented his creations. Even 4 months later, we still have guests from our wedding talking about our welcome and wedding dinners and how, even in all their travels, it was the best they’ve ever had. We are so grateful to have had Matej and the Bistronomy Barcelona team as part of our wedding. We felt like celebrities to our guests that we were able to have someone like Matej and his team there with us to celebrate!

WOW Hiring Matej was truly one of the highlights of my birthday trip! He went above and beyond to make the night special—not only preparing one of the best 5 course meals we’ve ever tasted, but also decorating the table beautifully and creating an atmosphere that felt like a private Michelin star experience.He even took the time to teach us how to make parts of the meal, which made it all the more memorable. My friends and family are still raving about everything!!! Such a talented man—thank you for making the evening unforgettable!

I hired Bistronomy for the first night of my friends hen do and it was amazingly special.The whole experience was seamless. Through booking Matej was easy to communicate with, willing to adapt the menu and answer any questions. This was great as I was planning a hen do abroad from the U.K so I had confidence that the team would turn up and knew what to expect.On the night Matej and his team were very attentive but also discrete coming in doing their work and allowing us to continue to enjoy our time in the Airbnb.We had the paella with starters and dessert. All the food was fresh and delicious. Matej obviously cares about sourcing good quality foods and is happy to explain everything to you. The dessert especially which was textured chocolate was amazing. The bride and everyone was very pleased with the experience! If you’re thinking of booking a private chef then Matej is your man, you will not regret it.

We hired Bistronomy to cater a 3-course meal for 14 people on a girls weekend away. Communication beforehand was excellent and informative and the service on the day was exceptional. Dietary requirements were catered for thoughtfully and it was great being able to have options for our main course. The team were so professional; they arrived promptly, ensured the kitchen was spotless when they left and were so friendly! The place settings were a lovely touch too! The food itself was incredible - it was definitely restaurant quality if not better! It was certainly a highlight of our weekend! We would not hesitate to book them again and will certainly be recommending to others! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of hiring Chef Matej for a private dinner at our villa in Barcelona, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
