Just five minutes walk from Lesseps Metro Station. Food is great, especially the roasted chicken, the meat is not dry as paper yet not oily like a sweaty man. The service here is on par with your Michelin restaurants. This is a must try if you’re visiting Barcelona for the first time for a taste of the local cuisine for a budget price.

This is in Barcelona on the outskirts a bit in the Gracia district. Good sign, there was a line of locals waiting for takeaway for their signature chicken. Food is all made in house and while there is a limited selection, it includes things like chicken and lasagna. There is a sit down spot but the take out line stays very busy.The host who is also the owner/chef with his wife is named Vito and he was very friendly and quickly seated us while speaking English fairly well. This is not a tourist area and many places did not have fluent English speakers so if that is helpful, this is a good spot. Vito quickly brought us our drinks and a complimentary croquette which was not fancy but was tasty. This place vibes of being a local favorite, which is good.Order was lasagna and chicken and a green salad. The chicken was a thigh and leg with a side of sliced potatoes and a salad. The chicken was very tasty in its seasoning so good flavor, a bit dry on the thigh though. I think a breast piece would have been better as you can buy a half chicken to go. The leg was juicy and flavorful. Potatoes were good and salad was unique in that it has an almost vinegar pepper dressing on lettuce, onion and tomatoes. The dressing is unique and when asked, the server/chef smiled and said he couldn't say what is in it but was good enough that my guest wanted another serving for it's unique flavor. I think there is celery salt flavor, maybe some black pepper or white pepper and then something else, could be paprika or cumin. Really hard to place but simple and tasty. My guest really liked the unique dressing.All around best way to describe the meal was tasty and hearty home cooking. Great flavor, could have been a little more meat for the chicken.The lasagna was not a red sauce meat dish, rather it was almost a bechamel type cheese sauce and chicken Bolognese mix. Interesting and tasty.Atmosphere is hard to judge here in that the restaurant is in a side street neighborhood location, walls and floors are dated and older etc... so it is not going to be a fancy spot for a date per se but in another sense is has some charm. Can't blame the proprietor as I think it is par for the course in the older buildings in Spain.All around tasty and would eat here again, friendly and warm atmosphere.

Me encanta este restaurante, creo que es una opción perfecta. Su ubicación cerca del Putxet y el Farró es inmejorable, lo que hace que llegar hasta allí, incluso con el tráfico de la hora punta, resulte realmente sencillo. Todos los que son clientes habituales siempre lo recomiendan, y con razón. Su carta es un verdadero acierto, donde la clave está en su magnífica cocina, que bebe de otras tradiciones españolas. Además, sus precios son muy interesantes y es algo que merece la pena destacar; no son para nada elevados y la calidad de la comida lo vale con creces. Para mayor comodidad, aceptan prácticamente todos los métodos de pago, como Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Ticket Restaurante y Diners Club. Se ha convertido en el sitio de moda de la zona, así que te aconsejo que no te olvides de reservar mesa. Su decoración es tan elegante que seguro que te impresiona, y el ambiente es tan acogedor que atrae a muchas familias, llenando el local de un ambiente genial. Trovato girando per il quartiere, non ci ha assolutamente deluso. Gastronomia con scelta di molti piatti tipici cucinati al momento, ottima scelta sia di birre che di vino.Locale molto caratteristico, atmosfera rilassata e il proprietario si è dimostrato una persona veramente gentile e disponibile . Consigliato! Speriamo di tornare a trovarti!

Fuí a comer el domingo con mi hija y una amiga. Todo fue excelente, desde el trato del camarero al gusto del Pollo, patatas, etc. La tarta de queso está tremenda. Las cantidades son bastante generosas y puedes quedarte muy bien con 1 plato. Repetiré seguro. Fueron 3 platos, 3 bebidas y 2 postres por 48 Euros en total.

This is a fantastic restaurant. This venue is both a takeaway and delicious restaurant. The owner was very welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. The food that followed was excellent. We loved that this restaurant offered something different and authentic food of the region. We were sorry we didn't discover it sooner. We all ordered different dishes such as roast chicken, slow braised beef, slow braised pork rib and sea bream. Each of the dishes delivered. The desserts that followed were equally delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant with a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere.
