O hotel tem tudo para ser de 3 estrelas. Fraca relação qualidade-preço. Para começar, os rececionistas são todos bastante rudes. Especialmente a senhora que estava de manhã na sexta e no sábado. Teve sempre uma atitude antipática, prepotente, como se nos estivesse a fazer um favor em ficarmos no hotel. No geral, são todos antipáticos e sem postura de rececionistas. O quarto estava limpo e a cama é confortável. Mas o papel de parede a sair, parede com manchas e o primeiro hotel em que fiquei que nem água e café tinha para o hóspede. Tem blackout mas este deixa passar parte da luz de manhã. A luz azul da televisão perto da cama também incomoda. Havia um casamento no hotel numa das noites que se ouvia a música no quarto (e o nosso quarto era no último piso) muito alta e até bastante tarde. O isolamento é mau. Pagamos uma tarifa sem pequeno almoço, uma tarifa bastante cara para o hotel que é. O que mais gostei foi do conforto da cama.

El hotel está bien pero le faltan detalles. La habitación es muy sosa, no hay nada de decoración. La zona de terraza está un poco desastrada, los cojines están sin colocar y hay cosas sucias de otros huéspedes. El buffet está bien, hay variedad y los productos son de calidad. La atención es buena. Está limpio.

My friend and her family live in a nearby town with no hotels, so I booked us two Superior rooms here for a week in June with the goal to catch up. We stayed in rooms 508 and 510, which had an eastern view over the adjoining empty lot towards the historic part of Alcala de Henares. We could see two domes. ||If you are considering a stay longer than 1 night (we stayed for 7 days), definitely upgrade to the Superior rooms!!! Each of our rooms had a small loveseat, two tables on casters as well as large desk. The huge closet had a padded bench, a mini fridge and several drawers and hangers. ||The bathrooms were incredible, truly incredible. They are as deep as the room and have an operable window, window shade, a deep, jetted tub, a rain head shower and a separate area for the toilet. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is frosted glass. The provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in regular sized bottles, so you don't have to worry about running out. There are also a wall-mounted hair dryer, robes and slippers. ||Mercadona supermarket is on the next block and carries anything you may need, from sunblock to toothpaste.||The beds were surprisingly comfortable and extra blankets are in the closet. The balcony was huge and has two chairs. ||The air conditioning is incredibly quiet, fantastic and is controllable. Since Spain is so hot in the summer, good air conditioning is always my priority.||The room safe in 510 didn't work, so I kept my passport in my friend's room.||The rooftop has seating areas as well as a stainless steel, unheated jetted pool. It's too shallow to swim in and has benches along the sides, so is great for hanging out during the siesta. We didn't explore the grounds since we spent our time at the pool. There is no noise at night and good soundproofing between the rooms. The only noise I heard was the slamming of the hotel doors. ||One of the hotel clerks was so helpful, Sulva?, and directed us to a nearby Colombian cafe for great breakfasts. The historic center is a short walk and you won't need your car at all. They have an underground parking lot, but my friend just parked on surface streets. There seemed to be no nightlife in the surrounding blocks, which was fantastic for the quiet. If you are looking for a party area, this isn't it.||We plan to stay at this hotel again next June! I love her kids, but it was nice to have a quiet girls trip.

La experiencia, por una formación, fue muy satisfactoria. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Sin ruidos que impidiesen descansar bien. Cuenta con su parking propio subterráneo y con un restaurante y hall donde esperar a otros huéspedes o pasar un rato con ellos

Un hotel excelente y con un servicio impecable. Las habitaciones amplias, con buenos colchones en las camas. El cuarto de baño grande y cómodo, pero la bañera resbalaba un poco y le hubiera hecho falta un bidé.

Rooms are spacious even with a 3rd bed, bathroom spacious with shampoo, shower gel and lait corporal. Breakfast with plenty of options even gluten free. The receptionist not very friendly but polite. Nothing to complain.

Queriamos visitar Alcalá y el hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta. Se puede ir a pie desde él y disfrutar de los encantos de este magnifico lugar patrimonio de la Humanidad. Descansamos fenomenal. Nos refrescamos en el jacuzzi y desayunamos tranquilos con buena atención . Al reservar la habitación tuvimos un pequeño malentendido que se solventó sin problema, cosa que agradezco a la recepción. No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y sin duda volveremos. Lo recomiendo.
