Cristina, Emilio and their team gave us the best quotation for the airport transfer and car service within the shortest time. They were very helpful and flexible, since we had to change the schedule due to plane cancellations. Also, they helped me to organize additional services, like ordering the guide, flowers, meet & greet service and that at the very short notice. Thank you very much for the professional, detail-oriented service at top level. I definitely recommend them and will work with the team again!

On the recommendation of Hotel Montera Hilton Curio, I recently used the services of this company and was of the view that I had a good experience until the bellman of the hotel surprisingly, alarmingly and disappointingly showed up with my luggage missing a wheel in fact he held the wheel in his hand !! What a shock most especially given that this was brand new luggage purchased for my trip to Madrid and secondly, I watched it put in the back trunk of the car in good order that I handed it to the transfer company driver . I immediately advised the Hotel of my concerns. What a disappointing welcome to Madrid !!Moreover most alarming was the dishonesty of the driver who accepted my 55EUR payment without alerting me to this unfortunate mishap.Resultantly, the car transfer Company according to the hotel did not want to accept responsibility indicating that my luggage was given to the driver in a damaged state. Eventually the transfer company offered EUR 30 to repair my luggage. I protested and was later offered EUR40 I again protested and was advised by the Hotel to repair and forward invoice to transfer car company.I was advised in London where I visited for a week post Madrid that it is NOT possible to repair the wheel given the type of material of the suitcase.Additionally, upon my arrival here in at home in the Bahamas again advised of NOT being repairable.Oddly I was in Madrid for a week and at no time an apology and/or assistance offered in arranging its repair. This entire incident has been a real inconvenience and waste of my valuable time!!!!! I really hate dealing with dishonest elements !!!To my disbelief NO apology from this company and I’m left with a damaged luggage of no further use to me! Shockingly mishap extremely POORLY handledI DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY WHO FAIL TO BE ACCOUNTABLE
