Όταν τους λες ότι έχεις φωτογραφίες το παίρνουμε πίσω και μετά βρίσκουν κάτι άλλο. Όπως ότι δεν ήταν γεματο το ντεπόζιτο της βενζίνης. Κρίμα. Μην κάνετε το λάθος να νοικιασετε

Tengo que reconocer que es la primera vez que mi empresa alquila con SIXT, y la experiencia me ha confirmado que ha sido un acierto.Llegué de noche, bueno cuando llegó el último tren a Santa Justa desde Madrid, y allí estaba Andrés esperando pues sabía que era ya el último del día. Se preocupó y ocupó en conseguirme el coche que mejor se adaptaba a mis necesidades, con un servicio y atención espectaculares, amable y profesional; una maravilla.Cuiden, por favor, a sus profesionales porque con su labor y buen saber hacer son los que fidelizan clientes, como es mi caso...

We rented a car from Sixt at Seville Station. The whole experience was superb.Andre was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make our car hire experience really comfortable, particularly recognising the adjustments we were going to make, coming from the UK. He even came out to help us get out of the car park when the barrier wasn’t recognising our ticket.As we returned the car, another very helpful staff member came across and checked the car over. All very efficient and in a friendly manner.We were very impressed and really appreciated the excellent helpful and friendly service.

Marta and her team, particularly Zaria, always make it easy to rent a car at Sixt Sevilla Santa Justa. They are dedicated to ensuring everyone's experience is perfection. They have found items I've left in the car and returned them to me. They've made sure I had the best car at the best rate. They are nothing short of amazing! Thank you!

Non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti per la riconsegna. Nessun problema, ma se qualcuno avesse bisogno di chiarimenti viene difficile confrontarsi con qualcuno.

I have rented cars from many companies, and SIXT is by far the worst. They randomly charge extra after the rental is over! Even now, we are still arguing about the charges. On site, they suggested reducing the rental by one day and recommended full insurance. Then, after returning the car, they suddenly claimed that my tank was half empty! They charged my bank card without permission for fuel, which is extremely frustrating. I will never never never rent from SIXT again in the world!!!!!!!!!

To all, who want to rent a car from Sixt I would like to note, that Sixt at Santa Justa has got office at the parking next to train station (left side).We have got from Sixt the wrong information about meeting point. According to instruction we have got from Sixt in two e-mail the meeting point to pick up the car is in front at the building. It was a GPS location, so we have been waiting there on sun for half an hour as there was no shelter. After we call an infolinia, we have found out, we should find a Sixt office at the parking next to building. The place is around 200-300 metres far and not visible from GPS location they sent to us in e-mails. Because of that we arrive late to our check in in another city. Probably if we had previous experience with Sixt or another big rental company, we would find it easier. Today we have just follow the instructions from e-mails. It cost us one hour and half to finaly get the car.
