Excelentes profesionales, con técnicas actualizadas en cortes, peinados y tratamientos especiales. Productos de calidad. Atención personalizada y trato exquisito. Espacio con mobiliario cómodo, funcional y muy limpio. Puntualidad en la atención de reservas. Muy eficientes. Totalmente recomendable

They did a tone, cut and waves for me. They understood what color I wanted and I am happy with it.After washing, no moisturizing leave-in products were used even though my hair got lots of tangles. The haircut was done fast and hasty without double checking and now I have different lengths of hair even though it should be straight.After blowing it dry, the hairdresser asked if I want it straight or waves. I said waves, but the waves were poorly done and again, no heating products were used. The iron is very hot and burns the tone out without protective products.I asked the price beforehand through a friend for highlights, tone and cut and it was supposed to be 50€. Anyhow, they charged me 72€ even though the work was less. The price list is NOT visible anywhere, so the price just comes out of their heads. They do NOT even provide a ticket with the detail which is illegal in many other EU-countries.On top of this is the attitude towards the customer, as we are taking the time to give feedback to improve the experience of future customers, and ultimately make the wrong right if possible. In addition if a customer gives a negative review, there is always the chance for the service provider to correct the situation. In my opinion the right approach would be to fix the hair instead of blaming the customer a liar and claim that the haircut is perfect when it is clearly not.Thank you again for the good hair colour and your friendly service in the salon.

Todo mal. No lo recomiendo para nada. Fui con mi mujer y salió casi llorando. Tuve que fiarme de las otras reseñas negativas.

He estado aquí varias veces con mi madre y está última vez que fui me cortaron de una manera totalmente diferente a el corte que le había pedido. Además me querían cobrar el doble porque decían que tenía mucho pelo.Me parece una falta de respeto y de profesionalidad.No lo recomiendo a nadie

Desde que conocí esta peluqueria, no voy a otra. El trato es excelente,me asesoran de maravilla.Son muy buenas profesionales, productos estupendos, puntualidad y ambiente muy agradable en el local.

Es un lugar horrendo, te tratan horriblemente, los servicios ofrecidos no han cumplido con las expectativas, una vez ha acabado el corte de pelo, me han echado sin motivo alguno y eso que no había mucha gente (y entiendo porque) y por último era carísimo, nunca me paro a hacer reseñas de lugares, pero en este caso, la ocasión lo merecía. ¡Todo fatal!
