Rented a car for 1 week while on a yearly holiday, the transfer was a little late collecting us but once I made contact we was collected within 15 minutes, due to the very little delay they gave us a free upgrade.Staff isabella and also the man who carried out the return handover was very friendly, due to our late departure we got dropped off at a local bag storage in reus 3 minutes away which I also highly recommend.Due to enterprise closing at 13.00 we made our own way to the airport which cost a total 15-16 euros.Highly recommend will not hesitate using your service againGracias de la familia Aisthorpe.

I recently hired a Fiat 500 from Enterprise at Reus Airport offsite in Reus Spain and had a great experience. Although I booked the vehicle last minute on the same day, the process was smooth and stress-free. Diego at the desk was extremely helpful, taking the time to clearly explain everything about the car and ensuring I was completely comfortable before driving away. Excellent service. I would definitely use them again!

The shuttle service from the airport was quick and easy, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Everything was explained clearly, the car was in perfect condition, and returning it was just as smooth.It’s rare to find such professional and genuinely kind service — we’ll definitely rent from Enterprise Reus again next time! De momento todo perfecto.Bueno pues después de haber entregado el vehículo quiero agradecer al personal de la oficina de Reus por haberme facilitado el alquiler del coche. Me trataron muy bien y se agradece el trato con personas con empatía, no como el personaje que tenéis en la oficina de la estación del ave de Tarragona, que debería estar en el paro.

Second time renting with Enterprise in Reus centre and excellent service each time. The team under manager Diego is professional and friendly. Minimum wait time for collection from the airport. Wouldn’t use any other car hire company when flying into Reus.
