I went in for a nail fill yesterday - UV Gel...thr girl that did my nails was absolutely fantastic. She did a better job than when I got them in my home country. I can't say enough good things about my experience! I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and their quality I'd rate as one of the best. Now I'm going to struggle finding the same quality at home.

Ho fatto un massaggio ai piedi fantastico! Ho già prenotato una pedicure, una SPA al viso e un massaggio Thai di un'ora! O prezzi sono molto competitivi e la posizione è centrale. Davvero molto cordiale la ragazza che mi ha fatto il massaggio con olio e creme profumate. L'ambiente era tranquillo e calmo e c'erano diversi ragazzi e ragazze che giocavano con due gatti presenti nel locale, tranquillissimi e di atmosfera. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

I went to their salon because of the good reviews, the prices and because there’s no appointment required. At first, while I was doing the pedicure, I was thinking that it was going to be a good experience. The lady was using gloves and the procedure was pretty normal. However, I couldn’t help but notice that all the employees were speaking with each other the whole time, sometimes weren’t fully attentive to what they were doing. Who seemed to be the boss lady was doing it too, conversating all the time with the employees, sometimes in loud voice. It didn’t bother me that much at this point. Then we went to manicure, the same lady started and was shocked to see my nails, asked several times if they were porcelain and invited other employees to look at them as if they were weird or something. Very judgy and unpolite attitude. I asked several times what was wrong, but they barely spoke any Spanish or English. Then the lady just put me in the hands of another lady, again, in a very unpolite way, as if she was throwing garbage away (my nails are naturally strong as I take B vitamins supplements). The lady that took me afterwards was a bit more friendly, had 3 attempts though for my nail shape which is a classic oval one, nothing special (even after the 3 attempts, my nails are not even and my natural shape is ruined). She didn’t cut my cuticles nor did any basic manicure cleaning. The color is okay, but I also didn’t have many to choose from (very limited amount of shades). The nail polish looks bumpy, uneven, and I don’t have 2 nails with the same shape. I appreciated that they were sterilizing the products and the whole process didn’t take too long. What made me give 1 star is actually what happened at the end. The updated price list said 30€ pedicure and 30€ filling manicure (a service that I do every time I do my nails, at every salon I go, so I’m familiar with what it does and what it doesn’t do). The lady said it was actually €40 because I also had a basic color on my nails and that it would’ve been 30€ if I’d had no colour (so if I’d left with my nail half transparent (current gel), half white (previous gel)). I commented that this is not how it works and not to fool me because I literally couldn’t get out of a salon like this and a basic color is included no matter what (which was actually what they told me before starting the manicure; plus, they don’t have any "basic color is extra" on the price list). Rude people, trying to fool you, and for an actually pretty bad service overall.

El mejor salon de uñas de Barcelona, soy cliente habitual y siempre hacen un trabajo extraordinario y los precios son muy buenos. Trato excelente. Quality-price unbeatable.
