Awful. Kyle left one side lighter than the other one. Their lighting is dim so you cannot see it at the salon. The next day I started a job with half of my hair lighter than the other side. Obviously I didn’t go back right after to show them as the salon was closed and then was busy working. Tried passing by a couple of weeks later to get it fixed for them to tell me they will call me obviously to waste my time over the phone saying they will charge me for them to fix it. Ridiculous. As if your price wasn’t expensive enough. Don’t recommend at all. The pictures are from the same day literally after I left the salon - pics don’t lie. I stopped by two weeks later and he wasn’t there so then called to interrupt my work day - a great strategy to deflect and avoid correcting any issue as people are busy during the day. No discount or solution was offered over the phone that wasn’t getting another service. He was dismissive.

Kevin is an excellent stylist who really listens and is very professional, with amazing technique and attention to detail. I’ve never had a better haircut, precise and flawless with the fringe exactly how I wanted. The whole experience was enjoyable and I never left salon happier. I definitely recommend him.

Max! Royal Oaks newest addition! My wife & I first met Max in October 2021. (We stay in Barcelona for 2-3 months every year.) For myself, in the US I go to a ‘barber’ to get my hair cut, not styled and my wife goes to a salon. We both needed our hair ‘attended’ to and so we met Max – what luck! His ability as a stylist is nothing short of phenomenal! After 2021 we make a point of looking up Max when we are in Barcelona and need our hair styled.Max is joining a very talented group of stylists at Royal Oak Hair Salon in the Saint Pere area of Barcelona. What a wonderful collaboration for Max and Kyle Shull, the owner of Royal Oak.Max listens to his clients; ‘hears’ and ‘understands’ them, and then makes magic happen! His ability to apply a client’s wants and then create something that they will love is truly a gift! For a guy, that in the US only gets ‘hair cuts’, coming to Barcelona each year and have Max style my hair in a way that I really like makes me feel good about my appearance… And my wife, wow, every time Max finishes with her styling it is more beautiful than any she has ever had back home. Whether it is a coloring and cut or a completely new look, his talent shines through and she feels great about herself as a result!If you need a new, or different look or enhancing what you already prefer - go see Max! He will make you feel and look terrific!PS: I forgot to take a picture but after my next visit I will remember to take one and post it!

Kyle did an absolutely fantastic job on my haircut! He was incredibly skilled and gave me exactly what I was looking for. He was also genuinely friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'm really happy with how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend him. Will definitely be back!

An amazing pixie haircut thanks to Rafa. He really listened during the free consult, gave great advice about my hair texture and style change, and made sure I felt comfortable giving feedback during the cut. The salon was super friendly, loved the products, and the scalp massage was a bonus. Also Rafa called it...it looked great on day one but he said it would get even better by day 2 and 3 and, yup, I'm loving it even more. Thanks! Highly recommend

Amazing salon!! Kyle knows his color and he did a job beyond my wildest expectations. Highly recommend! He took his time and the price was very reasonable. He spent 5 hours on my hair! I totally recommend this salon. No wonder they have 5 stars. Thank you Kyle for a wonderful experience. I feel like I’m home

I had an amazing experience at the salon. I wanted to go back to my natural color (dark brown) from blonde highlights and Kevin managed to do it in the best way possible. He also gave great advice and is a very sweet person to talk to. Would definitely recommend!
