Πραγματικα το καλυτερο χτενισμα που ειχα και με απιστευτη διαρκεια!!Μετα απο ενα εκπληκτικο λουσιμο με αψογο μασαζ , ο Davide μου εκανε φανταστικο χτενισμα!!Μου εκανε εντυπωση ποσο τελεια εκανε ταμαλλια μου κυματιστα, χρησιμοποιωντας μονο βουρτσα!! Αυτο συνηθως το πετυχαινουν μονο με το σιδερο μαλλιων!!!Φοβερος επαγγελματιας, φιλικος και χαμογελαστος!!Απλα εμπιστευτειτε τον!!

Fantastic experience! My daughter had her haircut and baby lights and it all turned out amazing!Charlotte did a great job making the colour truly natural (notwithstanding previous highlights).I loved the attention to details, patience and care she put throughout this long job!Super happy with the result!

First time at Toni & Guy in Barcelona and I had a great experience. Stephen took care of my haircut. I gave him very specific instructions and he NAILED it on the first try, even though it was our first time working together. I’m a pretty demanding person when it comes to haircuts, but he understood exactly what I wanted. The result was spot on. The price is totally justified by the quality and attention to detail.I’ll definitely be coming back.

I came to this salon with high expectations, choosing it based on its reputation. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or the promises.I paid €200 for a hair coloring service (a grey tone) for my friend, and during the consultation, we were told clearly that the color would last around a month especially if we used their recommended products, which we bought directly from them.Shockingly, the color faded and turned yellow within just 2 days. We contacted the salon immediately and shared pictures, expecting a professional response.Instead, we received a long, defensive message blaming the fading on our hair type and not using a purple shampoo — which was never clearly emphasized during the appointment. Rather than offering a fair solution, they insisted on us returning to the salon (even though we were traveling and had explained this). They refused any refund or compensation, and instead offered to reapply toner, which wasn’t possible for us due to travel.This is not the level of quality or service you’d expect from a high-end salon. Communication was dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no real ownership or customer care.Disappointing experience i would not recommend for anyone looking for reliable results or professional aftercare.If you check the replies, you will find that they reply to me in a forward message. I think this message they keep sending it to all clients that they keep damaging their hairThey keep me waiting and they did not reply back until now

Realmente ha sido una muy buena experiència. Me atendio Matia, muy atento y buen professional. Aunque mi pelo es corto me ha realizado un corte de pelo muy moderno y elegante. Tambien me ha explicado el proceso de corte y como secarlo. Agradecida por esta experiència.

Davide is most definitely one of the best hairdressers I ever had. A perfectionist, extremely client-oriented, he approaches his job with exceptional skill, precision and high quality. There is no better master than him in Barcelona. The branch itself is very nice, clean and the staff very accommodating. The quality of Toni & Guy is top notch!
