I had an amazing experience at this salon! I’m so happy with how my haircut turned out—she really knows what she’s doing and matched my reference photo perfectly. She was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, it was a great haircut and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. I have long, curly, porous hair, and I came in for a moisturizing treatment and a haircut. From the very beginning, everything was smooth — the booking process was clear and easy, and they answered all my questions before the appointment. The specialist was very friendly and attentive. She chose the masks specifically for my hair type, and I appreciated the personalized approach. I didn’t have any allergic reactions, which is always a concern for me, and the whole process felt safe and comfortable. I’m really happy with the result — my hair feels soft, hydrated, and healthy. I also liked that the service was great from start to finish. If you want, you can buy the products they use for your hair care, which is very convenient. I decided to try a mini version first ( testers ) to see how it works for me at home. My specialist was Elena Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality hair care and a thoughtful, professional approach!

Very bad my wife booked online she picked 25 euros for cut paid the deposit online and didn’t do what she wanted as person didn’t seal to no what they were doing then told her it was 50 euros she had a bit of a discussion with them as they didn’t do what she booked and ending up pay 35 euros will never go back there again

Great hairdresser. Professional. Sweet. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend for cut and highlights. Great experience with fine and blond hair. Good selection of AVEDA products very good quality products. Happy with the result and would come back! ️

Sono entrata in questo salone con un'idea ma ho ascoltato il consiglio di mihaela e ho fatto un taglio completamente diverso. Non potevo fare scelta migliore!! È una persona competente che non si limita ad ascoltare ma da consigli su cosa sarebbe meglio fare in base al viso e alla persona. Sono completamente soddisfatta...erano anni che non facevo un taglio così bello. Non la ringrazierò mai abbastanza!!!

Very happy with the quality service I received in a comfortable professional salon. Great advice on colour and style. My hair looks so much better than previously. Not a pleasant experience sadly. I’ve been to this salon over the past few owners and this was the first time I left disappointed. The new owner speaks good English but doesn’t really listen to what you want. At the start, she asked me how much I wanted to cut off, I said one inch. She starts cutting the back. I look down, over 2 inches cut!!! She cut it all straight. She said my hair wasn’t growing evenly because I didn’t cut it often….. She forgot I told her at the beginning that I have it straight across the back, no layers, but I want some corners cut at the front for a bit of shape. She was too busy trying to sell Aveda treatments and products to remember. She offered to cut the corners but then that would have made it even shorter so I declined. When I expressed surprise and disappointment at the short length she said this way looks fuller, in a tone that said she knew best, and what I wanted didn’t matter, followed by my favourite "don’t worry it will grow back". Thanks I’ll just walk around feeling ugly for the next 2 months whilst it gets to the original length I wanted when I came, without the right shape. Thanks! During the haircut she talks loudly with her partner and friends calling on the phone on loudspeaker as well as had loud pop music blaring in the background. Some of her movements / handwork is rough - pulling and breaking hair by accident or burning the scalp whilst blow drying. Good Aveda products are used but overall as an experience I couldn’t recommend this.
