HIER NIET NAARTOE GAAN Ze is een ongelooflijke oplichter. Ik vroeg om mijn haar te knippen, buiten op het bord staat 15 euro. Ik kom binnen en ze zegt dat ik in de wasstoel moet gaan zitten. Vervolgens heeft ze mijn haar gewassen en geknipt. Tijdens de knipbeurt zit ze vanalles te doen en knipt ze maar wat. Ze heeft totaal geen techniek. Vervolgens gaat ze het droog föhnen en vraagt ze of ik het met een borstel of stijltang wil hebben gedaan. Zonder hitte protectie gaat ze op de warmste stand door het haar heen en ik zag mijn haar afbreken. Ook kwam ze met de gloeiend hete stijltang tegen mij aan. Toen ik moest afrekenen moest ik ineens 50 euro betalen. Ze vond dat ik voor het wassen moest betalen, terwijl ik daar niet om vroeg. Vervolgens voor het droog föhnen heb ik nog eens 21 euro betaald terwijl de kleine krul die ze er in had gezet er na twee seconde uit was. Ook vond ze dat ik meer voor het knippen moest betalen omdat het haar veel werk duurde. In totaal is ze nog geen 40 minuten bezig geweest. Ik ben terug gegaan want de lagen in mijn haar zagen eruit alsof ik een leeuw was, en ze deed alsof ze ineens geen Engels meer verstond. Heel klantonvriendelijkheid en een echte oplichter met haar prijzen achteraf verhogen zonder je te vertellen!!! Als je dit leest en eindelijk mijn geld wil terug geven hoor ik het graag!!

¡Excelente experiencia en esta peluquería! Desde que entras, el ambiente es acogedor, limpio y muy bien decorado. El personal es súper amable y profesional, te hacen sentir en confianza desde el primer momento. Me atendió y supo exactamente lo que quería. Escuchó con atención mis ideas y me ofreció sugerencias que realmente mejoraron el resultado final. El corte y peinado quedaron espectaculares, ¡justo lo que buscaba! Además, utilizan productos de muy buena calidad y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda, volveré. Recomendadísimo para quien busque un servicio de calidad y una atención de primera.

We booked an appointment at Urban Look Hair Salon through Instagram, clearly asking for a wash and straightening. Naturally, straightening should be done with a flat iron, but instead, they blow-dried my friend’s hair straight and only used a dirty, old straightener on mine. The salon itself was cute but quite small, with only one hair-washing station—where the water wasn’t even working. Why would you tell us to come and give us an appointment for a hair wash if your water isn’t working in the hair sink? It felt like a place where mostly friends and family come, as it had a cozy and intimate vibe, which was actually quite nice. When we arrived, they had no running water and had to buy bottled water to wash our hair—with ice-cold water! They even asked if we wanted conditioner (?!) as if it wasn’t a standard part of washing hair. They dried our hair without using any heat protection, and at one point, the stylist hit me on the head with the blow dryer. My friend, who has longer hair, wasn’t even straightened with an iron—just blow-dried straight. They didn’t use hairspray, so our hair curled up again within 30 minutes. The price was €25 per person, which would have been fine if the service had been professional. On the plus side, it was easy to book, and the location is convenient. Also, the staff didn’t speak much English, but they were really cute and sweet. However, overall, not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm in Malaga for holiday and desperately needed a haircut. As I called I got an appointment immediately and was able to come straight away. I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do, I am so in love with my new haircut and she was so nice! I would definitely recommend this Salon 🙂

Es mi peluquera desde hace más de 10 años. Ir a qué me ponga el tinte o me haga las uñas es tan cercano como irte a tomar un café con una amiga. Como profesional, salgo siempre contenta porque tiene muy buenas manos y siempre trae productos de calidad para el cabello. Muy recomendable
