I had worst experience ever with Gerardo! The simple hair toning made me stuck in the salon for 5 hours. The result is terrible. He was completely distracted, unprofessional,not focused. He didn't pay attention to my hair as he was also doing haircuts and consulting others while I was sitting with toner on. The payment bill was just insane...250 euros. For 2 min of quick and random trimming of hair ends I paid 70 euros and it also looks awful.

We’re a couple from India who visited Palma de Mallorca on vacation and randomly stopped by Felix Hair. Gerard welcomed us warmly and, despite it being past his working hours, gave my husband Rohit an amazing haircut and beard trim. The transformation was fantastic; stylish and refreshing. Huge thanks to Gerard for his time and attention. Truly a memorable experience. It’s the people who make the place, and this couldn’t be more true!

In 4 years living here, I finally found the best hairdresser in Mallorca! Julia was so nice and took care of me the whole time I was there. I’ll definitely be back! 10/10

One of the best Hairsalons in Mallorca!! The team is incredible and highly professional. The atmosphere is open and friendly, everyone is willing to create the most wonderful experience for the client. Customer service / Hair treatments /Cut & Color are super. Whatever is your vision from healthy and shiny hair they will make it come true!! The location is excellent, appointments are available super quick - I even experienced that one worker stayed longer for getting my hair ready! I highly recommend this place and cant wait for the next appointment! Thank you - 5 Stars!!

They did a great job. My hair had three different colors from old highlights. I was recommended to have a balage and some care. The results were unbeliable. I am very happy, I'll be back for sure. Also, the place is clean and pretty cool.

My appointment the team at Felix Hair was in all honesty the best hair salon experience I have ever had! Nadia is an amazing colorist, and my haircut turned out absolutely perfect. She listened to all my wishes, gave me excellent advice, and worked with absolute precision and professionalism. Nadia is experienced, careful, and empathetic, and she really took the time to make sure everything was just right – yet she still worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. She genuinely cares about her clients getting the absolute best results possible, and gave me a style that exceeded my expectations. I've never had such fine and natural highlights before and I would trust Nadia with ANY hairstyle wishes. The atmosphere in the salon was calm and relaxing – it felt like a spa treatment rather than just a haircut. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and professional, and they speak Spanish, German, and English fluently. My first appointment absolute hooked me for life and I never want to go to another salon ever again!

Cut and blow dry. Gerardo was exceptional at both! One of the best I’ve had anywhere ever. Nice surprise of a massage chair and scalp massage when washing hair. He promotes the importance of wellbeing and takes great care of his customers. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
