Finca Morneta

As a wedding photographer in Mallorca, I know how important it is for couples to choose a venue that feels both authentic and timeless. Finca Morneta is exactly that. With its historic stone architecture and bright sandstone tones, the finca carries centuries of history and yet looks modern and elegant – the kind of place that never goes out of style. The venue is completely private and only accessible to wedding guests. It’s enclosed by a stone wall and separated from the road, which is quiet and hardly used. At the entrance there are some telephone wires, but they don’t affect the photos or the celebration at all – nothing to worry about here. The heart of the finca is the ancient olive tree in the garden, a true landmark of the venue and the perfect spot for a romantic ceremony. From there, the day flows naturally: a relaxed getting ready in a private space, cocktails in the courtyard, dinner by the pool at sunset, and dancing under the stars late into the night. For destination weddings, this finca is a classic choice. It has the space to welcome larger guest lists, offers complete privacy, and gives couples the real Mallorca atmosphere. If you’re planning a luxury destination wedding in Spain, Finca Morneta is a place that combines history, elegance, and a truly unforgettable setting.

The venue itself is beautiful, although improvements could be made to accommodate guests. There is this nice room, but guests are not allowed in it as the owners apparently live there. They also don't allow music outside and it was so hot in the party room that nobody wanted to stay in. Basically, the music was playing inside while the guests were outside, which was weird, and they did nothing about it. To be honest, we wouldn't recommend the venue if you want your wedding to be fun and welcoming. The food was really good, though, but that was down to Fosh Catering, which is famous on the island.

The Finca itself is quite nice; unfortunately it’s surrounded by large telephone wires (these are carefully excluded from photos posted by the owners). The venue does not seem to be operated by people who are very easy or pleasant to communicate in with.

Incredible wedding venue, Lucia and the team were incredibly hospitable and calm. Beautifully kept grounds and a joyous place to get married. 10/10

Myself and my new husband got married at Finca Morneta on 31st May 2025. From the moment we first viewed the property, we fell in love. Lucia, her co-ordinator Su and the team were kind, welcoming and so amazing to work with. From start to finish, our event was excellent, impeccable and flowed smoothly. We were kept in the loop by Su throughout the day and felt in control thanks to her. The finca itself is the most immaculate space - - clean, well kept and so beautifully landscaped. We recently had the opportunity to capture a wedding couple at Finca Morneta, and we were completely charmed by this venue. Tucked away in the quiet countryside near Binissalem, it has the perfect balance of rustic Mallorcan charm and refined elegance. The stone architecture, the ceremony spot with the olive trees in the back, the poolside and also the getting ready rooms make it an incredible backdrop for intimate weddings. There’s so much variety in the spaces and every corner of the finca has its own story to tell. Also, Lucia who handles everything at Finca Morneta is such a sweet soul - she welcomed us with an open heart, showed us the venue and it's hidden gems and introduced us to the history. You can literally feel the love they put in every detail and that this is not just a wedding venue for them, but a sacred home that they want to share with their guests. It’s an inspiring venue for couples who want something authentic and full of character and we always love to come back to capture our couple's wedding days in this stunning Finca.

Last Saturday was the best day of our lives, and so much of that is thanks to Lucia and Judith. They made it truly incredible and we honestly can’t thank them enough. The minute we saw Finca Morneta, naturally we fell in love with it. Every time we returned to visit and see Lucia, we grew even more excited about hosting our special day there and sharing it with all our friends and family! From the very start of the planning process, Lucia was exceptional - always offering thoughtful advice and providing solutions to any questions we had along the way. Having her by our side gave us confidence and reassurance. On the day itself, she was joined by Judith who was such a fantastic addition to the team and really on it, making sure every detail ran smoothly. When we arrived, the venue looked immaculate and fabulous - everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned it. Both Lucia and Judith kept such a steady, reassuring presence throughout the day, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes so that my husband and I could simply enjoy every moment of our very special day. We are ever so grateful for all of their hard work, warmth, and care. They put so much effort into making our wedding everything we hoped it would be and more! Thanks to them, we were able to really enjoy, soak it all in and create memories we will treasure forever. What. A. Day!
