Πολυ ευγενικοί οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου,πολύ καλο πρωινό και αν 20 μς 25 λεπτα περνάει το λεωφορείο του ξενοδοχείου από το αεροδρόμιο.Μόνο λίγο ακριβό είναι το εστιατόριο.Από το αεροδρόμιο απέχει το πολυ 10 λεπτα με το λεωφορείο του ξενοδοχείου.Δυσκολη είναι η μεταφορά στο κέντρο της Μαδρίτης αν δεν έχεις αυτοκίνητο.

Καλό ξενοδοχείο κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο και περίπου είκοσι λεπτά απο το κέντρο της Μαδρίτης. Τα δωμάτια ειναι άνετα και το πρωινό αρκετά καλό. Το προσωπικό πολύ πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Το μόνο κακό ειναι ενώ όταν έκανα κράτηση ήταν με πρωινό για όλους όταν έφτασα εκεί μου είπαν οτι τα παιδιά χρεώνονται έξτρα. Τελικα το θέμα έληξε για τους έδειξα τα voucher αλλά αρκετοί επισκέπτες είχαν το ίδιο θέμα και αναγκάστηκαν να πληρώσουν.

Perfect stay at Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport!Everything about my stay was excellent from the smooth check-in to the spacious, spotless, and comfortable room.The staff were very friendly and professional, always ready to help.The location is ideal for travelers, and the free airport shuttle was on time and very convenient.I didn’t try the breakfast as my flight was early in the morning, but overall, my experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

Stopped for just one night between connecting flights. I was amazed that everything exceeded expectations! The staff were efficient and helpful, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was fairly large and spotless.||We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and that was more than fine, and the breakfast that was included was a generous buffet including fresh fruit and fruit juices, yogurt, a range of bread and pastries, eggs, sausage and bacon, and cereal.||Checkout was simple! I would happily stay there again!

This hotel is perfectly located if you need to be at the airport for an early flight or if you need some rest after a long one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and pretty. The rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. And quiet.|We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and we also had room service. All service was absolutely spot on! |The food was unexpectedly good! The menu has a variety of options. We had hummus, salmon, chicken sandwich and spaghetti. |Breakfast has a lot of options too! The coffee - two thumbs up! Wishing I had a cup now.
