Very nice hotel in Portugalete. Clean and nice room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a corner balcony and a stunning view over the water and the square. Breakfast was too pricy so we went to a nice place close to the hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back. This is a nice area and the train to the city/and the Intermodal station was only 20 minutes and a 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel.

Para ser un cuatro estrellas deja mucho que desear. La limpieza muy precaria. Todavía con bañeras sin ningún tipo de reforma. Personalmente no me ha gustado para lo que caro que es. No volveré ni lo recomendaré. Seguimos con los mandos de la TV sucios y sin desinfectar. Nada más llegar tuvimos que decir que el minibar estaba apagado. No me gustó-

A charming hotel right on the quayside and a stones throw from the transporter bridge. Also, close to the harbour for continental ferry crossings.The bedroom was equipped with everything you could need for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good with a reasonably good selection of, both savoury and sweet, food.Staff, on the whole, were very friendly and helpful.

Très joli hôtel au bord d une rivière et d un magnifique transbordeur. Si on a une chambre vue sur la rivière c'est idéal. Literie très confortable et chambre silencieuse. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Nous avons testé le bar qui fait de bons cocktails seul bémol le service ne se fait pas à table (accueil moins sympa qu à l'hôtel) mais surtout nous avons pu grignoter que 2 tapas à disposition sur le comptoir. Peu de restaurants aux alentours. Dommage au vu du standing de l hôtel. Je conseille de réserver le restaurant brasserie pour dîner sinon compliqué de se restaurer.
