Please exercise caution when considering this service. Online orders placed during the weekends are unreliable, and they misrepresent their offerings. I ordered flowers for delivery on Sunday, which was confirmed both by the system’s calendar and the email confirmation. However, the delivery never arrived. Despite their claim of operating 24/7, no one responded on Sunday. The only positive aspect is that they issued a refund. I would strongly advise against using this company for online orders. Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful, rude, and failed to offer a proper apology. The suggestion that they will deliver day after the birthday is just terrible. I wonder if thye would suggest the same about funeral or wedding ... Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I have a proof in messages and order confirmation in case google team would like to cancel this review.

Ordered flowers for my grandma's 90th as I am in another country and they don't look at all like what I ordered. Lots of supplemental flowers which made it a totally different bouquet, but at least the size of it was decent. It was delivered as planned which was nice, but not so sure if order with them again.
