Blue Windows House Apartamentos & Suites

Inolvidable experiencia. Cinco noches en este hotel se me hicieron cortas. Estuve en el apartamento B0 en la planta baja. Una alegría poder ver la calle y sin embargo no estar perjudicado por el ruido dado que el dormitorio está en el interior. Es una zona muy animada y casi peatonal (el parquin amplio y justo al lado vale la pena contratarlo). El hotel es precioso (y reformado) y el apartamento completísimo. Baña espacioso (ducha grande y de acceso fácil), dormitorio con muchos armarios y una cama comodísima y sábanas agradables. Hay varias mesas bien distribuidas y la cocina esta totalmente equipada, no falta de nada (incluso un pequeño lavavajillas), todo limpio y moderno (la nevera es enorme e incluso te encontrarás al llegar los cubitos de hielo preparados). Es decir, puedes vivir como en casa.|He estado en muchos apartahoteles, pero este es el mejor que conozco de largo, y encima -como digo- en pleno centro histórico con multitud de servicios, restaurantes, bares y supermercados a dos minutos andando.|Sobresaliente

Hotel pequeño en un lugar estratégico si vas a visitar Talavera. Consta de apartamentos y habitaciones. La habitación doble es muy pequeña, sin frigorífico. Sólo TV, una silla y una mesa pequeña. La cama muy justa para 2, igual que el baño. De los apartamentos no os puedo decir nada.Eso sí, muy limpio y nuevo todo.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y siempre siempre todo es perfecto! El apartamento limpio, ordenado y lo más importante la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. Duermes en la gloria Está cerca del super y de restaurantes.La mejor opción en Talavera sin duda.

Very nice small hotel, situated right in the middle of the old town.Very clean and neat. I got a large room.Reception closes 22.30. Breakfast is just a breakfast box.

Very disappointed with our recent experience. We arrived at the hotel believing our room had been prepaid, as the booking stated non-refundable. On arrival, we were told it had not been paid, leaving us with no accommodation since we had no funds available believing it to have been paid.Instead of offering understanding or a solution, the hotel immediately applied a full penalty charge before check in and informed us we would not be welcome to make bookings in the future. This was extremely upsetting, especially as we had used the hotel many times before with family, several times a year, every year without problem.This was the first time we didn't use booking.com for the reservation, and had booked direct, so I sent a polite email explaining the misunderstanding but that we would cancel the booking, so they could re-sell the room and since we were guests who had stayed multiple times and recommended to friends and family, asking for grace on this one occasion. I would be happy happy to pre-pay all future bookings as a compromise.I asked to escalate to a manager, and even though they could re-sell the room, and even though we explained genuine mis-understanding and being guests that stay frequently, the same person explained we would have to pay 200 euros penalty as a fine if we wish to return.Clear communication and guest care were lacking throughout this process and I had to chase multiple times for the said confirmation that was eventually disputed, and we felt treated unfairly over what was a genuine misunderstanding. This experience has left us unable to recommend Blue Windows House to other travellers.

Es un buen hotel y, está muy bien situado.Desde su ubicación, se puede acceder a cualquier punto de interés caminando.Además; tiene un parking donde cabe cualquier tipo de coches (las plazas son amplias y cómodas).

We have stayed at Blue Windows House many times over the years and always brought family and friends with us or booked with them. That loyalty clearly meant nothing when a genuine misunderstanding about payment occurred on our most recent visit.||||Instead of handling the situation with care or discretion, the hotel chose to impose a "penalty" and even told us we would not be welcome back until we paid a "fine" despite the misunderstanding happening prior to check in when they can re-sell the room. This is not the way to treat any guest, let alone one who has supported the business repeatedly over time.||||I have travelled widely and never experienced service this rigid and unforgiving. A small amount of understanding could have turned this into a positive experience — instead, it has left us feeling shocked, disappointed, and frankly unwelcome.||||Hotels live or die on their reputation. If this is how Blue Windows House treats loyal guests when something goes wrong, it speaks volumes about their priorities. It was the first time we booked direct with the hotel instead of booking.com which would have given us protections. So beware and always get everything in writing. ||||Future travellers should be aware that mistakes, no matter how genuine, may not be met with compassion here.
