Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca Resort

En todo momento estuvimos súper bien atendidas por el personal el cual es muy amable. Las instalaciones son preciosas con unas vistas a Benidorm chulímas y su piscina principal es enorme. El hospedaje incluye la entrada a Terra mítica así que, para los niños (y no tan niños) está genial. Repetiría sin duda. Por cierto, la comida de la cafetería y el trato de sus trabajadores excepcional.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy cuidadas y bonitas, de hecho estaba decorado de Halloween. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas. El desayuno era muy variado y el espacio del comedor también, de hecho puedes desayunar en el exterior viendo hacia benidor y es una panorámica muy bonita. El hotel además te incluye la entrada al parque Terra mítica por lo que es muy buena opción si vas con niños. Por último, el personal ha sido en todo momento muy amable.Está un poco alejado de la playa, pero si quieres pasar tiempo en familia e ir al parque está muy bien.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuidadas al detalle. Vistas impresionantes del sky line de Benidorm. El desayuno buffet muy completo. Y cabe destacar la atención desde recepción de Antonio, que nos informó con mucha paciencia de todos los horarios de espectáculos de halloween del hotel y estuvo muy comprometido en ayudarnos a encontrar una prenda que perdió mi hijo en la zona de hall del hotel y de hecho que acabó encontrando el.

El hotel es correcto con algunos aspectos destacados pero algunas áreas de mejora. Las terrazas y las vistas son geniales. Ubicación conectado con Terra Mítica. Me pareció muy sorprendente algunos detalles de la habitación como por ejemplo que los interruptores estuvieran pegajosos. La cama también era algo estrecha. Buen servicio en general. Y la oferta de comida y desayuno muy correcto

Cambiaron de administración y se ha notado para MAL, antes, la comida era deliciosa, ahora es una repetición de la repetidera, el servicio ha desmejorado mucho. Estuvimos en un evento (al que habíamos ido varios años allí mismo) y nos trataron como si fuéramos adolescentes en un botellón, no tuvo nada que ver con el trato que recibíamos con la anterior administración. No lo recomiendo para eventos y creo que dejen existir otros hoteles con mejor trato a sus clientes. No volveré

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well organized, very stylish, and the rooms are spotless. Our room even had a jacuzzi, which made our stay extra special. The housekeeping is so quiet and careful that you hardly notice them, which makes the hotel feel very calm and relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic too, with great organization and staff who are always smiling and make you feel comfortable. The food was delicious with a lot of variety. The pools were crystal clear, the shows were amazing, and the mini golf was perfect for some fun family time. The theme park was just a step away, which was so convenient for us. The management team is great too, always making sure everything runs smoothly. We have been coming here for three years, and every year it gets better. We can’t wait to come back again next summer! We booked one night at this hotel through Booking, mainly because it advertised entrance to both Terra Mítica and Mundomar. However, it wasn’t very clear in the booking whether tickets were actually included, as it was only shown as a general image. I sent a message to the reception but received no reply for two days, so I finally called and got confirmation that the tickets were indeed included.||Getting to the hotel by car was easy, and there was plenty of free parking available.||Collecting the theme park tickets was a bit confusing, though. The line for picking up tickets was very long, about 20 meters, and it took quite a while. This is definitely something the hotel could organize better.||Check-in itself was smooth once you reached the desk. You also receive a luggage tag if you want to leave your bags until your room is ready at 4 PM.||The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with a generous balcony. The hotel is large, so if you are staying in section D, the quickest way to reach your room is through the corridors nearest to the glass doors. Extra pillows were not provided in the room, so you need to request them. If you stay on the ground floor, the balcony doesn’t have direct access to the pool area – you need to walk around.||The pool area was large and spacious, with two separate sections: one bigger and more modern, and another smaller and quieter.||One downside was that the guest above us smoked on their balcony and kept flicking ashes down onto ours. Smoking is allowed on the balconies, but it can really affect your experience if neighbors are inconsiderate.||Bottled water was provided in the room free of charge, which was nice, but I missed having easy access to buy more water or coffee from a vending machine. Instead, you had to go to the reception or order room service.||The breakfast hall was big with a decent variety, though I would have liked to see more choices of muesli and bread. For those who like sweets, however, there was plenty to choose from.||The location is fantastic if you’re planning to visit Terra Mítica – the park is right behind the hotel and within walking distance.||The staff was helpful when asking for assistance. ||Still overall a good grade (4-) , they do have some smaller improvements they can change. But defintily a hotel I would recommend.
