Seriedad y profesionalidad. Hubo un problema con el modelo seleccionado y me dieron la posibilidad de cambiar de fecha o un vehículo superior sin coste. Elegí esta opción. El único aspecto a mejorar desde mi punto de vista es que tendrían que dar más información sobre las posibilidades de cómo hacer el pago el día de la entrega y que mandarán un borrador del contrato del alquiler para revisarlo previamente. Respecto al vehículo, en muy buen estado, impecable de limpieza.

Regale una experiencia de conducción con un Mustang, para un colega y fue una experiencia única e inolvidable. Tener en cuenta que te pueden cancelar para otro día una experiencia si se alquila el vehículo por día, situación que te advierten y que nos sucedió. El trato es fabuloso y muy profesionales. Realizamos la ruta por la zona del Pardo y es muy recomendable. Si quieres una experiencia de conducción con un vehículo espectacular, recomiendo a esta empresa.

Una experiencia única. El trato inmejorable. La atención, sobre todo de Edu que fue la persona que me asesoró y gestionó la reserva del vehículo, además de su posterior explicación y entrega del mismo. Y también una mención a David, ya que vino a recoger el vehículo a la finca donde estábamos, sin ningún tipo de problemas y con una sonrisa magnífica. Un placer. Todos los vehículos son espectaculares, pero mi elección, ya que era para utilizarlo como vehículo para una boda fue el Mercedes G63 V8. Todo una bestia, con todo tipo de detalles. Espectacular. Por cierto el vehículo en perfecto estado y súper limpio. Sin duda volveré a contar con ellos, siempre que quiera repetir este tipo de experiencia. Los recomiendo

Es el mejor sitio de alquiler de super deportivos que conozco, el trato super amable tanto Edu y David. Le pides un coche y en menos de una hora te tienen el coche guardado. Es la segunda vez ya que repito, los coches están super nuevos y super cuidados , en cuanto les dejas el coche le lavan y le dejan nuevo para el siguiente. Recomiendo mucho esta casa de coches superdeportivos. Muchísimas gracias a Edu y a David

Worst experience ever while renting a car abroad. We rented a Urus from this company, which was recommended by our five star hotel - terrible choice I must say. We okayed a Urus (they sent pictures, we asked the year of the car, all that). Same day around 7 pm they say they don't have Urus, they will give us Urus Performante for the same price, and although we wanted the Urus for a reason we said if there's no other option let's see the pictures. They send pictures of Urus Performante, and we okay the car. In the morning, 30 minutes before delivery, they say they found a Urus and they will send it. I specifically told them we don't like last minute changes and let's keep as is. They say the car will be in 'immaculate condition'. They send a car with a person who does not speak English, and there is no contract which is quite unusual. The car is not the same as the pictures, although they said it's 2024 there is no document showing that. The car is unclean, seats are not the same. Not what we agreed on. Since we planned our short Madrid trip around that day-tour, we decide to take the car anyway. We have to take the car, because at that point they say there is no other option until (earliest) the afternoon that day. We get in the car, there are signs. Showing the car needs oil, saying the keys are not in there, I send pictures to the company asking what's going on. Their rep says all is great, that the car just got out of maintenance and that it was not 'reprogrammed' but all good. Obviously it should have been reprogrammed before delivery. But I say fine and we go ahead. Fine, because I have no choice at that point. The most unbelievable thing is something we noticed later: the counter is not counting kilometers. The car is probably much older than what they say, and the kilometers much much higher than what it shows. We take a day trip and return the car next day. They say we created a damage to the rim - a damage that could not have happened without us noticing, it looks like something hit it, and they decide to charge us 400 EUR for it. I've discussed this with them since the day we returned the car and they wait until we return home, and tell us no. There's a damage and we have to pay for it. It's our fault to not be suspicious about not signing a contract or checking the car before taking and after we returned it. What kind of car company sends a car that does not count kilometers? And showing signs all over the place? EDIT/ADDITION: By the way they sent me a picture of the alleged damage. Attached. They could not explain how we could have done it - we parked the car on very calm and empty streets, out in the open. It looks like some kind of a scratch which I don't even understand how could have happened since it's towards the inside of the rim. I don't know, even if we had checked the car, if we could have seen that while the car was being delivered to us. It looks like some kind of scratch on the rim (by the way this was sent to us 9 hours after we delivered the car). Worst rental experience ever. Good lesson not to trust just any referral - even from a good hotel. EDIT AFTER THE COMPANY RESPONSE: Antonia (I saw her name mentioned in other comments too) is not from your office? Pablo who delivered the car is not from your office? You did not just rent a Urus to Rosewood's client last week? I have a contract (sent to me by Antonia today, the first time I've seen it, signed by some people, not us, we had not seen it before today) with the name GTRentals on it. If it's not this company, I will surely move my review to their page.

Hemos contratado la ruta por el Pardo con un Mustang y la experiencia ha sido increíble. La atención desde el primer momento ha sido muy personalizada y ágil. El coche estaba impoluto! Durante el trayecto nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y acompañados desde otro coche. Para repetir, sin duda.

Para un cumpleaños especial hacía falta un regalo especial, así que el viernes pasado disfrutamos de una experiencia espectacular con el Ferrari 488 Spider. No tengo palabras, fue una auténtica pasada. El recorrido de El Pardo fue perfecto, tuvimos de todo!! Y por supuesto mil gracias a David que nos acompañó e hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y divertido. 100% recomendable, no tengo ni un "pero"!!!
