Hotel Altair

Me alojé en este Hotel-luego de haber terminado el Camino-3 noches. Que agradable que estaba a poco distancia- 7 mins de la Catedral-pero al mismo tiempo está apartado de la multitud. Además que hay restaurantes-farmacias-panaderías-ect a pocos metros. El desayuno muy completo-y me encantó que el horario es hasta las 11am-la atención del personal excelente, atentos y dispuestos ayudar. Mi habitación era la 101-con una terraza al interior-que lindo poder sentarme allí-leer, tomarme algo. Mi habitación amplia, muy limpia, y el baño también.

Il miglior hotel del nostro viaggio (dopo 3 hotel a 4 stelle). Molto elegante sia l' ingresso e lo spazio per la colazione sia la camera con accostamento di boiserie e muri in pietra (bellissima). Addirittura c'erano anche gli scuri alle finestre, oltre alle solite tende oscuranti. E' in centro, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale e comunque è molto silenzioso, buona la colazione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, un saluto particolare a Teresa. Consigliato!

포르투갈 순례길을 마무리한 뒤 기쁜 마음으로 방문했던 알타이르, 산티아고 대성당과 가깝고 주변 인프라 접근성도 좋아 만족스럽게 쉴수있었습니다. 샤워부스에서 내 실수로 넘어져 머리를 다쳐서 당황했지만 호텔측의 친절한 대응으로 병원 응급실에 가서 빠르게 치료받고 보호받을수 있었습니다. 신경써주고 배려해준 호텔 의 구성원께 너무나 고맙고 은혜 잊지않을거에요. 그의 이름을 미처 물어보지 못해서 아쉽지만 저는 그의 배려 덕분에 스페인에 아주 좋은 인상을 남기고 떠납니다.

Wij hebben twee nachten gelogeerd in hotel Altair, na een week de Portugese route van de camino te hebben gelopen. We hadden een gezellige kamer, met fijne badkamer, en konden in de ochtend kiezen wat ons het meeste aansprak van de ontbijtkaart. Het hotel ligt in een rustige straat op loopafstand van de kathedraal. Vooral veel complimenten voor receptioniste Christina die ons heel warm welkom heette en veel tips gaf en met ons meedacht. Ook haar collega Theresa is een topper, zij zwaaide ons nog uit toen we met de taxi het hotel verlieten. Vlakbij het hotel ligt ook Costa Vella Cafe met een mooie tuin waar je goed kunt lunchen. Dit hotel is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven in Santiago de Compestela!

Hemos estado mi marido y yo este fin de semana y el hotel nos ha encantado. Sobre todo el personal, super amable.Estábamos de aniversario y tuvieron el bonito detalle de dejarnos una nota y unos bombones.Si volviéramos a Santiago, repetiríamos aquí.Muchas gracias!!

By far one of the best hotel’s we’ve stayed in during our camino. After finishing our 11 day walk from porto,Altair hotel was such a lovely place to finally relax so glad we booked an extra 2 days. The staff are super friendly & make you feel really welcome. We had the room with a private terrace which was so nice to have the doors open on to the terrace. The breakfast is amazing all the hotels before had the usual breakfast frenzy waiting for the coffee machine but not at hotel Altair you are served at your table with a wonderful choice of fruit’s croissants toast meats & cheese & cereals great coffee & Santiago cake. If your scrolling review’s for other hotels in Santiago don’t waste your time. Stay here at hotel Altair I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

first class hotel and staff. We were a family with three grown boys. Patricia was incredible taking care of us in the evening in the bar and at breakfast. Breakfast was special and served with love. Our room had a terrace and a real treat! A hidden gem in a busy city
