Hotel Luze El Toro

A great hotel with loads of character at a very reasonable price. My room was lovely - I treated myself to a suite which was quite unnecessary, but it was only a few euros more on booking.com. I paid €46 for the seasonal menu dinner- 6 genuine courses with water, beer, wine and coffee. It is a handy stopover between Northern France and Southern Spain and will definitely come again.

He ido al hotel con mi marido y me ha encantado la arquitectura, la historia y la ubicación. La atención en la recepción súper amable, la habitación muy confortable y el desayuno riquísimo. Lo tengo fichado para una próxima escapada. ¡Recomiendo!

Pues...Ayer quisimos reunirnos en familia alrededor de una mesa.Eramos casi treinta.Se hizo la propuesta y todos tuvimos la sensación de que era justo el momento de celebrar las cosas bonitas también.Cuando íbamos entrando a nuestro comedor privado, nadie pudo evitar sentir algo especial.Calor.Exquisitez y sensibilidad en la propuesta de la decoración de una mesa totalmente adecuada al momento.Emoción al evocar al monte, los pájaros con jaulas abiertas , y animales, troncos y ramajes...el agua fresca y transparente...los platos dorados como soles de luz y calma...El resto ya era obvio.Servicio elegante, con la sonrisa sencilla y cercana.Trabajando como si su trabajo no fuera de los mejores quehaceres.Como si su trabajo no mereciera un enorme agradecimiento.Imposible que se nos pasara por alto tan maravillosa atención.Imposible no quedarnos en este momento,de este lugar, de éste equipazo.Encantad@s con el menú.Entusiasmad@s, como siempre, por el entorno tan mágico. Tan mimado.Este día tan bonito, estará guardado en el recuerdo de nuestra familia, cómo si no hubiera podido ocurrir en cualquier otro lugar.

Belle demeure dans un très beau cadre ancien bien rénové. Belles chambres propres, équipées d’un coffre et d’un frigo et bien sûr d’une tv récente. Vaste parking autour de l’hôtel. Accès rapide à deux pas de l’autoroute qu’on n’entend pourtant pas. Personnel très accueillant et polyglotte. Bon restaurant avec un très bon service aimable et courtois, aussi polyglotte. La carte des vins et Audi la carte sont à un très bon rapport qualité prix. |Nous n’avons pas testé l’espace détente (spa, wellness, piscine) car arrivés trop tardivement. Apparemment ils ne sont malheureusement pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et sont sujets à suppléments. À refaire sans aucun doute si nous refaisons le même trajet. Hôtel et restaurant à recommander.

Beautiful hotel. Delighted to arrive here as a stopover on our journey from southern Spain to northern France.|Furnishing is stylish and beds are extremely comfortable. Everything very clean.|Reception and waiting staff extremely helpful.|Dinner was well-presented and very good quality, at a reasonable price.|The breakfast (included in our room rate) was also extremely good.|We will certainly stay here again.

We stayed for one night, and that was sufficient to conclude we won’t be returning.There are no elevators. There is a ramp, though it leads directly to a flight of stairs. I’m not sure what accessibility problem that solves, but it’s certainly an architectural riddle. Bring strong arms for your luggage.Dogs are welcome, which sounds lovely until you realize your suitcase has acquired a new fur coat by the time you check out. It raises some fair questions about the thoroughness of the cleaning. Those with allergies, consider yourselves warned.Breakfast came with a live performance courtesy of an irresponsible guest who decided to let his dog roam freely through the lobby, and eventually entered the breakfast room. Watching a dog leap onto lobby furniture while staff try to catch it was not quite the ambiance I had in mind.The "Spa" is an enthusiastic title for what is essentially a small jacuzzi pool with a 15-euro entrance fee. Let’s just say value for money is not its strongest feature.And then there was the mysterious odor, something faintly reminiscent of sewage that appeared and disappeared in our room. Hard to pinpoint, but equally hard to ignore.To be fair, the hotel itself is attractive and well located. Close enough to Pamplona to be convenient, yet away from the bustle. And the receptionist was absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and a credit to the place.Unfortunately, even her kindness and the hotel’s pleasant exterior couldn’t make up for the rest. One night was enough. Between the stairs, the dogs, and the eau de mystery plumbing, I’ve had the full experience, once is enough.

Très bel hôtel. Calme. Les chambres sont jolies. Seul bémol, notre chambre donnait sur la zone de livraison et c est un peu bruyant le matin. Sinon, l accueil est sympathique (francophone si besoin).
