I’ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years now ( maybe more!) I never had a lasting relationship with a salon but they made a difference! I trusted them with my first pixie cut and been coming back since.They will LISTEN to yoj. If you say 2 inches, it’s 2 inches. Whatever you want . they will do it and if they think maybe something else it’s more suiting they will politely suggest it. I saw their Instagram and went to the salon to cut my bang here. I made like 3-4 reservations with Soleil and the last one was last minute appointment with Gerard. It was a 15-mins appoinment, I arrived on time and had to wait 20 mins. I asked for baby bang. The reference was the 1st photo. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th photos are my results when I came home after the appointment with Gerard. The 5th and 6th are the results with Soleil and before the last appointment. The last photo is before going to this salon. The bang was too thick and too wide. At this length, my hair was not falling down but pointing outside. And the side and the rest were too thin, which created a very weird shape. As hair expert, maybe he should knew it and advised me before. This haircut made me uncomfortable and didn’t want to meet anyone. My friends thought I went through depression and cut it myself and I’m tired of explaining. And since it is too short, it is impossible to fix it but wait for it to grow longer, which costs so much time. I’m considering hair extensions. To get a better and broader point of view about this, I will copy and paste here exactly what I wrote you. "When I was at the salon, I asked Gerard to have short bang. I had it before and I liked it. The problem is that the side of it is too thin and the center is too wide, thick and squared, so that it doesn’t incline towards my face and made my face look like a big window opening with 2 small curtains, especially when I tied it up. When he cut the hair, I was asked to put my hair down and look straightly in the mirror. I prefer short bang and I only thought it was short. He said it was cool, so I thought so too. But seeing from the side, it is too thick and the volume is pushing out like I’m wearing a push up pad on my forehead, while the rest is thin. I thought that it was like that because I asked him to make it short, so I waited for it to grow longer, that’s why I didn’t say it earlier, to make sure that it’s not only about the length. But since the bang was too wide, it looks like I’m having an umbrella-shaped hat. The photos I uploaded were taken on 6th to 14th of September, 2-10 days after the haircut. I attached the photos with information to be clearer about the timeline and you can see how it looked and grew. My hair structure is thick and hard. I think maybe my type of hair is difficult to cut, and he didn’t have much experience with it. I appreciate that you address the problem and offer solutions. However, I decide to let it grow instead of re-cut the bang. I’m considering hair extension. I wrote the review because I wanted to give an honest review about it. Having just moved to the city, I had been searching for a hair salon for a while, and I found this place with a friend's recommendation. I can't thank them enough... It was a wonderful experience! From the very beginning to the end, everyone was so kind, sweet, and welcoming. Soleil took care of my hair and did a fantastic job! I lacked a clear idea of what I wanted, but needed a style change. She listened carefully and worked her magic — and the result is just perfect! It’s been such a long time since I felt this happy with how my hair looks, and I assure you that my hair is hard to manage. I constantly smile at myself whenever I look in the mirror. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back! And the tunes are a blast too.

Ho tagliato i capelli con Nico oggi e sono contentissima! Mi ha ascoltato e nonostante gli abbia esposto una serie di idee un po' confuse ha capito a pieno cosa volevo ed ho ottenuto esattamente il risultato sperato. Di solito quando esco dal parrucchiere lavo subito i capelli e li riasciugo io stessa perche non mi piace mai la piega che mi fanno, stavolta è perfetta! Ci tornerò sicuramente per il prossimo taglio 🙂

La primera vez que iba a cortarme el cabello luego de 10 años de hacerlo yo misma (muy amateur sin ninguna formación jaja). Una amiga me recomendó este lugar y luego de ver su instagram me convencí y confié en los resultados que había visto. Elegí a Soleil, porque su trabajo se parecía a lo que yo andaba buscando hacerme en mi cabello. Y he de decir que me ha encantado su trato, fue súper amable y atenta. Por mi parte, creo que fui muy escueta en las direcciones que le pedí, le mostré algunas referencias y aún así ella lo entendió y lo tradujo a mi cabello a la perfección. Quedé super satisfecha, me encanta mi nuevo look. Me parece justo el precio, la calidad y el trato. Recomendadísimo este lugar, si quieres hacer algo alternativo con tu cabello o simplemente darle personalidad! Gracias, volveré ( ^ω^ )♡

I’m very picky when it comes to trusting a new hairstylist, but Nico is an absolute genius! He treated my hair exactly how I wanted — and even better. I’m absolutely in love with my new haircut. Definitely the best hair salon in BCN for me!

My experience at this salon was disappointing. I can see that many people got beautiful haircuts here and I wish that had been my case too. But be prepared as it might go the other way. I clearly explained what I wanted, including showing a reference photo and asking for my hair to be long enough to tuck behind my ears. The hairdresser barely looked at the reference and gave me a different cut with very short, uneven layers. My hair now doesn’t tuck behind my ears, which was something I specifically said was important to me. it felt like he decided to just do a version of a cut he was already familiar with, rather than trying to do what I asked for. Then, I brought my hair dye and asked for only a few bleached parts to be coloured. I had just four bleached pieces in total. The salon agreed , although they could’ve said no. But it seems the hairdresser was running behind schedule, and instead of carefully colouring only those strands, he ended up applying dye to almost all my ends. Because my natural hair is light brown, the blue dye took and now I have an intense blue colour across most of my head, which I absolutely did not expect or asked for. On top of that, my hair wasn’t fully dried at the salon, so I didn’t even realise the extent of the colouring or how short the layers were until I got home. Wet hair seemed to tuck behind my ears; wet colour didn’t look that strong. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was told it was my fault and got blocked ‍♀️ I wasn’t aggressive just looking for a solution to fix hair colour. Instead, they didn’t take any responsibility and said that it’s all my fault. So, be ready for that
