Hace 20 años compré mi primer abrigo Max Mara de cashmere y, a día de hoy, sigue impecable, como nuevo: una inversión que amorticé con creces. Por esa experiencia decidí repetir y esta vez elegí un abrigo en color camel.Sergio me atendió con una paciencia y profesionalidad excepcionales: me explicó con detalle las diferencias entre los modelos que había visto online, me mostró cómo estilizar el abrigo y me ayudó a encontrar la talla perfecta, todo ello sin prisas ni presiones.Me sorprendió gratamente, porque una atención al cliente de este nivel ya no se suele encontrar en tiendas de alta gama. Totalmente recomendable.

As I see with other reviews here, the racist question at the entry of the store as to where you’re from wasn’t personal. That’s nice.I asked the worker at the door whether they have a short black coat. She started hesitating and answered - maybe just blue. As in, we don’t have what you’re looking for. Leave.However when I entered, a lovely lady did assist me and offered many styles from which I ended up buying one. When I left I realized how wrong that behavior actually was, seems to be the stores guidelines. A shame actually, the brand itself js great.

I visited this store on a rainy day and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon entering, I was immediately asked to leave my umbrella at the door, which I understood could be part of store policy. However, what followed felt unnecessary and unfriendly: the staff came after me to remove my rain cover as well. Instead of offering a warm and respectful welcome, the attitude made me feel judged and unwelcome, almost as if I wasn’t considered a potential customer who could afford their products. For a high-end brand, I expected a much more professional and courteous approach.We left without seeing anything, their loss.

Today I bought my first Max Mara Coat with wonderful experience in this store. Overall, the staff team is very knowledgeable welcoming and helpful And one professional staff Xiaomei explained the differences between each coat with patience and smile. Thank you all for making my day!

Today my family and I went to this store as my daughter was looking for an occasion dress and we had a very bad experience. A member of staff close to the door greeted us and immediately ask my wife where we are from and we answered very politely that we are from Romania. I was the last to walk into the shop and I overheard her communicate through her headset with her colleagues that we are Romanian.Within seconds the floor manager, security and other staff flooded the area we were in and started watching us and constantly asking us questions. We felt very uncomfortable once we noticed this and decided to leave.Then we were leaving I asked the staff member from the front of the store what was her reason for asking my wife where we are from? She said to "help you with language..." in a situation where we are all speaking fluent English. My wife and daughter were wearing long skirts which seems to have given her and other staff members the impression that we are from a certain Romanian demographic which resulted in our poor treatment. The staff should be more mindful of their treatment of customers and it’s safe to say that we decided to take our shopping elsewhere.

Let’s have a discussion about this and how they source their clothing! Animals are not for testing before humans, if humans want to smell good, let them try it first! I hope the protesters keep it up!
