Oceanbeat Ibiza boat party

It was amazing experience all together. Host were so nice and welcoming. They look after us very well throughout. Even boat party was extraordinary.

Eine Katastrophe! Wir haben die Tickets 3 Wochen im Voraus gekauft, um meinen 40. Geburtstag mit unserer 6er-Gruppe auf der Oceanbeat Boat Party zu feiern. Nur 2 Stunden vor Abfahrt wurden wir wegen Überbuchung ausgeladen. Statt eine Lösung anzubieten, meinte man nur, wir könnten „vielleicht" mitfahren, falls jemand nicht erscheint. Wir warteten vergeblich – und als ein anderes Boot ablegte, hieß es sogar, wir hätten ja bei diesem Anbieter fragen sollen. So respektlos, unprofessionell und enttäuschend! Geburtstag ruiniert, nie wieder!!!!!!

This is my first time leaving a comment on Google, hoping that no one else will go through the same experience we did.Without any explanation, our scheduled boat party was canceled just 5 hours before it was supposed to start. Our group of four people lost €320. Despite sending multiple emails, we never received a single reply. When we finally got a response via WhatsApp, they blamed "technical issues" and replied at a snail’s pace. They told us that our refund process had been initiated, but even after about four weeks, we still haven’t received anything. The moment I asked them for details such as the transaction reference number, they completely stopped responding.We believe this company is a scam. Their customer service is terrible, and they refuse to issue refunds. We absolutely do not recommend booking a boat party with this company. Their handling of cancellations is the worst.

Ocean beat boat party was a hell of experience…great hospitality, premium drinks and music was killing.. highly recommended.

I had booked 3 tickets for 450 € for the 13th September. They responded stating that they are not running on the 13th because of insufficient group size and they can move me to the 14th of September which I denied because I was flying out of Ibiza on the 14th. This happened in the last week of August and since then it has been a horrid experience trying to recover my money. No whatsapp calls being answered, no messages being responded to, no reply to emails.I have seen multiple people post such reviews and I wonder if anyone has been able to get their refund. If not, this seems like a practice that is smoothly going on for sometime now and their overall rating on Google is so high that I am assuming that they will scam more people going forward.@Oceanbeat team: Will you refund my money back?@Google Reviews team: Will you do anything about these guys to ensure that they don’t pull off something like this with the next person?REPLY to Oceanbeat response: I have shared the screenshot of my Whatsapp conversation. Die Musik war sehr gut, das Publikum in Ordnung. Es ist zu empfehlen, eine separate Sitzgelegenheit zu buchen, da das Boot in der Regel stark überfüllt ist. Die Toiletten waren sauber, und der Nudelsalat mit Tofu war sehr lecker. Insgesamt ist die Veranstaltung für den Preis empfehlenswert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
