Nice atmosphere that they have with the good shows they produce and good performances from the people they represent in.The food was below average it might be much better but it’s okay.People working there was good as well.The thing about being leaving the restaurant when we are about to step to our car someone approached us and asked us to show him the bill that we paid we was like what? But he insisted and he got rejected from our side. This kind of attitude makes me think twice about this place. As they know we paid in advance and the extra cost was paid as well. Must provide the audience a ticket once they paid the bill. And if this guy asked us we might provide him this confirmation ticket that we are not going anywhere without paying them!!

Si pienso en un sitio para pasar una noche inolvidable, el primer sitio es Olivia Valere, un lugar ESPECTACULAR, con espectáculos en vivo que te dejan con la boca abierta y una energía que te envuelve desde que entras. La comida estaba de lujo, cada plato mejor que el anterior, y el servicio impecable, atentos en todo momento. Celebramos nuestro aniversario de bodas y fue simplemente impresionante, una experiencia que guardaremos siempre en el corazón. Sin duda, un sitio que recomiendo al 100%. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t go there – it’s a scam. I had a booking and paid the deposit 10 days before arriving, but when I got there, the staff claimed they had no booking in the system and said the payment wasn’t received. We were then asked to pay the deposit again, plus cover any expenses for the night.I explained everything and even showed them my bank statement as proof that the payment had been made. The issue was clearly on their end. Still, they kept insisting we pay the deposit again.The manager, Pablo, was extremely rude – I ended up crying after being treated so unkindly. They don’t prioritize customer satisfaction at all. All they care about is scamming people and squeezing out extra money.I asked them to send me an official email about the refund being issued from their side , the manager said to don’t have access to the restaurant email address all he did is to write a few lines on a piece of paper. Very unprofessionalThe vibe of the place feels extremely dodgy, like there’s something shady going on behind the scenes, pretending to be a restaurant/club.The manager also told me that if I paid the deposit again, I’d eventually get the original deposit refunded. I spoke to my bank, and no refund was ever issued to my account.

Fue una noche increíble!! En todos los aspectos acabé bastante satisfecho; la comida muy buena, espectáculo increíble y el servicio de 10, estuvo sirviéndonos todas la noche Pablo y no nos faltó de nada, siempre atento y simpático, a la hora de cobrar nos atendió Moha que también era muy simpático. Repetiremos pronto!

Encantada con el trato y el ambiente del restaurante Lov de olivia Valere . El personal muy amable , la comida riquísima y un espectáculo 10 . Lo recomiendo para cuelquier tipo de evento .
