Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza

Excelente estancia en el Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza. El edificio tiene muchísimo encanto y las habitaciones están muy cuidadas, limpias y cómodas. El trato del personal fue impecable, siempre atentos y con una amabilidad genuina que se nota en los pequeños detalles. La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso del Retiro y del centro, ideal para moverse andando por Madrid. Muy recomendable tanto para escapadas en pareja como para viajes de trabajo. Sin duda repetiré.

Lovely hotel! Claudia and Nicolas provided excellent service. I also received a cute birthday gift from the staff; it was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property itself self is in quiet neighborhood, but prime location. It’s walking distance to all historic sites and Atocha station. I will definitely return on my next trip to Madrid.

Estuve en este por primera vez en Barcelona y ahora en Madrid. Los dos son muy acogedores, personal amable y resolutivo a la hora de solucionar algo. Li único que quizás mejoraría es calidad de fruta en los desayunos. Resto está muy bien. El servicio de catering en la habitación es muy bueno, comida deliciosa. Servicio de limpieza de la habitación ideal.

The hotel is PERFECTLY nestled in the heart of Madrid that is walkable to every must-see spots. The location is in the quiet quarter of the busy Madrid City, very intimate. If given the chance to visit Madrid again, I would definitely book here again. The rooms are big and spacious, we are a family of 3.On our arrival day, Rey, was very helpful with our luggages! He came running out of the hotel to assist us with our 7 luggages, he then took it up to our room by himself. Rey, together with Nico and Juan Carlos gave us a warm and happy welcome when we checked-in. Nico did us a favor and gave us a map of must-see spots that were mostly walking distance from the hotel. On check-out, Fatima made sure we got our airport transfer on time and made sure we are well.Everything about the hotel was magnificent, but the highlight were probably the staff! Every time we go in and out of the hotel, they are always so lively and smiling. A great aura to start and end our days. Overall great great service.

Fue una estancia breve pero perfecta, gracias al maravilloso equipo que tienen que hace que te sientas como en casa. Desde la llegada estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar.Su mozo Rey nos dio la bienvenida en la entrada y nos ayudó durante toda la estancia. Fátima en recepción también nos ayudó mucho y nos recomendó que hacer por Madrid. Durante nuestra estancia nos sorprendió lo atenta que estaba Pilar a que todo saliese bien y estuviésemos disfrutando la estancia con ellos.Gran hotel en el centro de Madrid y gran equipo.Gracias por todo, nos veremos pronto.

Great location in Madrid near Retiro park and Atocha train station. The rooms are okay, standard hotel rooms, nothing fancy or luxurious. If you’ve stayed at any mid tier hotel chain, these rooms are the same. The staff are excellent and helpful.This is a perfect crash pad for Madrid since you’ll likely be out all day and just want a quiet place to sleep at night. Good value for the money.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Petit Palace Lealtad. The building and rooms were beautiful and the staff exemplary. I want to highlight three staff members, Fatima, Ray and Claudia, who made the stay truly special.Fatima overheard me mention to my wife that it was going to be our daughter’s third birthday during our stay. The next day, on her birthday when returning to our room after a day out, she was welcomed by balloons, a piece of cake, and a handwritten birthday at card. My daughter was so excited to play with the balloons and proceeded to put the card in the window so "everyone could see her birthday card".It was above and beyond anything I expected and made our time in Madrid truly a special one.
