Salobre Golf Resort

Dåliga bilar som stannar och man får resätta. Fairway som lutar överallt. Dålig service. Allt är svindyrt. Inte värt pengarna.

I booked directly with the hotel and time to respond to emails was not very responsive. Reception on arrival was good and we were very informed. The spa never responded to my wife's email before arrival.We requested a specific room for an additional fee which we didn’t get, were not told before arrival the room was not suitable for us, the one we chose had an adjoining room for large families. We were offered an alternative but for an additional charge.Our room was tired, carpet fraying up against one skirting, bathroom door handle came off and signs of general wear. We had booked a double bed but we got two singles pushed together. The room was very clean and cleaning staff were great.Over all dining experience was very good and serving staff polite and helpful.Sidecar restaurant was excellent.The S club, service was slow, i had to approach the bar many times to get drinks. We waited over 20 minutes from order to drink and i had to revisit the bar to check on progress after ordering. They shut the bar with the final 15 mins of play still to go of the masters on the final night, at a golf hotel, a specific hotel with two golf courses and its own pro shop and driving range!!!! needless to say the guests in the bar watching were lost for words. Why didn't the management not consider this in their planning.Golf course was plastic free with no bottled water but with water points in pro shop and on the course. on course water point was broken for the 5 days we were there. New course was only half open and looked as though some holes were still being worked on. they had taken turf away on the front of one fairway. old course was very nice and well looked after.What has prompted me to write this review is that i now cannot get a response from the hotel. i have emailed 6 times asking for help to locate my sons Nintendo switch case that he left in the room and I've had one response saying they will ask house keeping and nothing since, two week since we left.It is a hotel of two halves, some things are done very well, others very poorly and it is marketed as a premium hotel.

Cogimos un Day Pass mediante Groupon. 55 por pax y puedes ir de lunes a viernes. Muy agradable todo el personal, desde recepción hasta los camareros. El hotel es bonito lo mires por donde lo mires. Todo cuidado al mínimo detalle. Tiene un montón de piscinas. La piscina "secreta" de la cuarta planta súper bonita. La zona del solárium muy completa con muchas hamacas, hay también camas y se respira un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad inmenso .

Un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel ! À ma grande surprise, ils m'ont apporté un gâteau d'anniversaire accompagné d'une lettre attentionnée. Une délicate attention qui m'a énormément touché. L'équipe est exceptionnelle, toujours aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Søndag eftermiddag besluttede vi os for at tage en tur til Salobre Golf Resort. Jeg er ikke den store golfspiller, men synes det er hyggeligt at tage med og heldigvis var det muligt at booke en Twilight-tid på 18 huller efter kl. 15 også som par, selvom jeg ikke selv skulle spille.Selve golfbanen var spektakulær og meget udfordrende. Selv en garvet golfspiller med handicap 4 fik noget at arbejde med. Banen er kuperet, og flere steder er fairways smalle, hvilket stiller krav til præcision og overblik. Det vil klart være krævende at spille uden buggy, og de små veje mellem hullerne var desværre ret hullet og kunne godt trænge til en kærlig hånd.Men alt i alt havde vi en virkelig skøn dag på golfbanen. Omgivelserne er smukke, og atmosfæren afslappet perfekt til en søndagsudflugt.
