A real, traditional hat shop. Very friendly and helpful staff, normal prices despite being in the center of Barcelona. They also provided some very helpful advice on maintenance and cleaning of the product. I can see where some of the negative reviews come from, more experienced "hat users" might find this advice a bit condescending if they already know how to take care of their hats, but for me personally it was really helpful. All in all a very positive experience.

I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of purchasing a lovely Panama hat. The staff gave wonderful advice and recommendations, and everyone was very polite and friendly. It’s truly a delight to see a family-run, multigenerational business. This is a fantastic store for hats, and I look forward to returning when I visit Barcelona again.
