Working with The Planner Co was such a smooth and positive experience. From my very first call with Claudia, I knew right away this was the right team for us. She answered all my questions in detail, and was so thoughtful about the small details that really shape a guest’s experience. We worked closely with Marina to plan our full celebration weekend - three events over several days and she was fantastic. She’s organized, detail-oriented, truly listens, and is honest (often times something you think you want doesn’t make sense and you need an expert to be honest about it). Music was a big focus for us, and she made sure it came through by finding the perfect DJ who completely matched our style. We also did a Zaffa instead of a traditional ceremony, and Marina handled it with ease even though it was new to her. She found the right performers and coordinated the detail so it felt authentic and smooth with the sequencing of events. With guests traveling from all over the world, we wanted the entire weekend to feel easy and enjoyable for everyone. Marina and the team completely delivered. The flow, timing, and coordination of each event felt effortless. So many guests told us how beautiful and well-organized everything was. We initially hired the team for the main event but ended up adding the welcome and farewell events because they handled everything so well. Marina is not only excellent at what she does but also genuinely kind, positive, and easy to work with! I’m so grateful we got to work with Marina, Claudia, and the team. Everything was calm, thoughtful, and beautifully executed from start to finish.

We truly could not have had a more seamless wedding experience without Marina and The Planner Co. From the very beginning, Marina was an absolute angel—organized, thoughtful, and calm in all the best ways. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but I genuinely didn’t feel stressed once because of her. She was incredibly communicative and made sure we stayed on track with every little detail. Her level of care went above and beyond: I had custom matchbooks made for the wedding but couldn't bring the matchsticks on the flight, and Marina and her team went out and purchased the matches themselves and hand-filled every single one before our guests arrived. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was felt in every part of the weekend. Planning a destination wedding for 100 people in Spain from Canada is a daunting task... from the first conversation with Darina, we felt very comfortable and she and the team at The Planner Co took care of literally everything. Selecting the venue (which was amazing), the vendors (there were a few...), flowers, decor, guest gifts, signage, food, transportation for 100 people, DJ and sound - everything was absolutely flawless. The attention to detail was meticulous. Most importantly, the weekend-long event went off without a hitch and was the most amazing wedding any of our guests have ever attended. Also - the complex financial management of the whole event was handled perfectly and kept us on budget! What made the experience even more special was when Marina surprised us by finding a Lebanese dance group to perform a traditional folk dance at our wedding — something that meant so much to me and that I had been struggling to find myself. All of the girls at The Planner Co were an absolute dream to work with and we could not recommend them more! From the moment we decided to have a destination wedding in Madrid, I was so nervous and stressed about the entire planning process. After our first call, Claudia had put me at ease and our head planner Darina kept me calm and sane for the entire year-long planning process. They executed our dream wedding and there is no way we could have done it without them. Claudia, Darina, and Aura were the most helpful team we could have asked for. My wife is American, I’m English, and we live in London — but we were long-distance for a while and trying to organise a wedding in Spain. From the very first meeting with Claudia, and later with Darina, we felt completely at ease. Their diligence, regular check-ins, and attention to detail were matched by their calm, light-hearted personalities. They treated our budget as if it were their own, offering thoughtful guidance in the lead-up and during our pre-visits. On the wedding days themselves, they did everything possible to make us feel relaxed and supported. Despite being a small team, they paid attention to the tiniest details, which made the entire planning process a delight. The only bad feedback i have is that I don't get to speak to them on a regular basis anymore!
