Aleluya Store

I have bought a couple of times from Aleluya. I recently bought a pair of Puro shoes. Well desigend and comfortable. They level up your style. I had a situation with the delivery as UPS seemed to loose the parcel. Aleluya store were really helpful with the investigation and finally UPS found it after more than 3 weeks and safely arrived. Overall a quite unique clothing space in Barcelona. Perfumes are also wonderful.

Went in here as the clothes in the Windows look fantastic. Even though we are Australian, I speak Spanish as I worked as a Doctor here for two years, but sadly, the young man behind the counter heard me speak to my 10 year old in English, and I was treated like rubbish from that point. He continued chatting to another customer but completely ignored me. I asked for advice twice. First, I was ignored. Second, I got a terse "No."A few things this young "man" needs to learn:1. Dude, you work in a shop. Don't get ahead of yourself.2. Don't assume people don't have money. Australians dress up when we have something to dress up for. Not simply to glide around a clothes shop and buy things on credit to "pretend" you have money. That's a european thing to do. Australians have money, but we dont exalt it. I could afford anything there I wanted, but your attitude quickly turned me off the whole range and made everything look ugly.3. No business should ever have you front and centre. Your customer service skills were terrible. Your skills as a polite member of society are even worse.4. Repeat point one to yourself. You work in a shop. Check yourself.So after that, we left and I spent my money somewhere else. And as for accusing the gentlemen from Germany who left a review of "spreading negativity whilst on Holiday," you have no right. I have never experienced more "negativity" than in your shop for three minutes. In Australia, the shop boy wouldn't have a job. Not for being a bad shop boy... but just for being a very not nice little person. One star for the nice coat in the window.

Favourite clothing shop in Barcelona! Has an amazing selection of dark avant-garde fashion. Managed to buy a lovely longsleeve and my partner tried on an amazing leather jacket that we will definitely be coming back for.Service was attentive (thank you for helping me figure out the halter!) and the design of the shop is beautiful. If this is your vibe, you will love this gem!

Es ist kaum zu glauben, dass so ein Verhalten in einem Geschäft toleriert wird. Wir waren zu mehreren Leuten dort, und es ist nicht nur meine Meinung – jeder aus unserer Gruppe hat sich unwohl und schlecht behandelt gefühlt. Wenn man sich die anderen Rezensionen anschaut, scheint es, dass es schon viele Kunden gibt, die Ähnliches erlebt haben.Ich liebe Mode und besonders die Stücke, die dieses Geschäft anbietet, aber dieser Mitarbeiter war dermaßen aggressiv, dass sogar unsere Tochter Angst hatte. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel, und von Kundenservice kann hier keine Rede sein. Wir hatten ein echtes Interesse daran, etwas zu kaufen, aber diese arrogante, unfreundliche und respektlose Art hat uns komplett abgeschreckt.Ich rate dringend davon ab, diesen Laden zu besuchen – niemand sollte so behandelt werden.English:Absolutely disappointing experience at Aleuya store. We entered the store feeling cheerful and full of good energy, after all, we were on vacation with 20 degrees warmer than at home! ☀️ However, the salesperson was not only rude and distant, but even insulted us. It’s hard to believe such behavior is tolerated in a store. We were several people there, and it’s not just my opinion – everyone in our group felt uncomfortable and mistreated. If you read the other reviews, it seems there have been many customers who experienced the same.I love fashion and especially the pieces this store offers, but this employee was so aggressive that even our daughter was scared. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, and there is no talk of customer service here. We were genuinely interested in buying something, but his arrogant, unfriendly, and disrespectful attitude completely turned us off.I strongly advise against visiting this store – no one should be treated like that.

The collection of clothes and jewellery is excellent and includedef some iconic avant-garde brands. Of course, it's pricey but worth it.
