Rebecca, Claudia, and Maily were all apart of our wedding planning process leading up to our wedding. They did such an amazing job and really gave us a stress-free wedding day. They were available for virtual meetings regularly throughout the year while in the planning process. They were always fast to respond and gave us wonderful recommendations for all of our vendors since we were not familiar with the area. Our wedding was the best week of our lives and we are so thankful for Barcelona Brides for making our destination wedding easy to plan and stress-free!! We had a beautiful destination wedding in Costa Brava, Spain and working with Becky and the Barcelona Brides team was truly the best decision we made. From the start, they provided us with a curated list of trusted vendors that perfectly matched our needs, making the entire process so easy and stress-free. Because they already had strong relationships with these vendors, everything—from coordination to communication—ran seamlessly through our planner.The team was incredibly organized and always on top of scheduled calls despite the time difference. They worked beautifully with our hotel team (where all our guests stayed) and even handled guest transportation logistics with ease. One of the most thoughtful touches was how they went above and beyond to help us source and procure local Catalonian goodies for our welcome bags—such a special detail that everyone loved.Since we were planning from the U.S., Becky and her team also coordinated multiple trips for us to Barcelona. They arranged venue tours and vendor meetings, and it was clear they understood exactly what we were looking for based on our conversations. They took the time to learn what really mattered to us and made sure those priorities were handled with care. They were also incredibly respectful and knowledgeable about the Indian cultural elements we wanted to include—everything from the Baraat vendors/music and floral design to DJ coordination and ceremony details were thoughtfully executed.Over our three wedding events (welcome dinner, wedding + reception, and brunch), Becky and Amber made sure everything ran flawlessly. Their professionalism and calm energy allowed my husband, our families, and me to truly be present and enjoy every moment.I can honestly say this team is made up of some of the most genuine, caring, and hardworking people I’ve met. They strike the perfect balance of being creative, organized, and kind—and I genuinely miss working with them! Looking back, I’m so grateful for their guidance and expertise. Rebecca and her team made my dream wedding come true! I cannot begin to express how amazing they are to work with. If you want a wonderful and low-stress planning period for your wedding, you must use Barcelona Brides! Rebecca and her team are amazing and so personable to work with, and they’re knowledgeable about all aspects of creating the wedding plan. She made time to meet with us regularly even though we had a 6 hour time difference, advised us on every decision but never pressured us, and personally took us to our venue for the tour and tasting. Rebecca and her team responded so quickly to all of our concerns - we were never left hanging if we had a question. As a bonus, Rebecca’s husband is a photographer and created the wedding photos of our dreams!! I highly highly recommend choosing Barcelona Brides as your wedding planner!
