I HIGHLY recommend Katja and Mallorca Boutique Weddings! We knew we wanted to have a destination wedding in Mallorca, but the thought of planning from New York seemed like a crazy task - until we met Katja! From our first video call, we knew we were in capable and experienced hands! Katja helped us with managing the entire process, including suggesting the right venues and vendors (within our budget), to managing the logistics for all 3 days of events(!), and keeping track of deadlines, next steps, payments, and everything in between. On our first trip to Mallorca, Katja spent several days driving us around the island looking at venues for all our events and suggestions based on previous experience. She has so much experience working on international/destination weddings which made planning together so much easier.Katja and her team (shoutout to Emilia!!) are also the kindest warmest people we’ve met and just an absolute pleasure to work with.When we experienced a major travel hiccup and none of our suitcases made it to Mallorca in time for the wedding including menus, placecards and other signs I was bringing, Katja really stepped up and came to our rescue! She made sure that all of our key items were reprinted same day in Palma and that everything else was taken care of, so by the day of the wedding I didn’t have to stress about anything!Katja has incredibly high standards, so you know that you’ll get the best experience Mallorca can offer! We truly could not have pulled this off without her and the team.Now I look forward to coming back to Mallorca and visiting Katja as a dear friend!

Katja was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding, which took place exactly a week ago in a beautiful Finca Son Berga. Our journey began almost a year and a half ago when we had video interviews with a few wedding planners in Mallorca and we decided to go with Katja because of her warm personality, enthusiasm and a positive vibe we got. (We live in USA so the time difference and distance added a level of difficulty). It was a great decision! Katja was terrific from the first in person meeting driving us around the island , showing us different venues for the wedding, welcome party and catamaran cruise. She handled all events. Her suggestions regarding all aspects of the wedding, food, music, decorations, dealing with many separate vendors were terrific. She handled so many details and really stepped up right before the wedding during the crises situation when my daughter's and her fiancé's 3 suitcases were lost at the Heathrow Airport and not delivered to them till after the wedding. The stationary (the menus, name cards) that were lost, she was able to find a printer who printed all on a extremely short notice. Katja and her assistant Emilia were wonderful during the wedding making sure everything goes very smoothly. She was a great wedding planner and now she has become a friend and we can't wait to go back to Mallorca and see her again. Thank you Katja for all you did for us!Agnieszka

Katja and her team organised our wedding this summer, July 2023, in Mallorca. She found a fantastic villa for the venue and the 3 day events were all truly magical and it was absolutely the best days of our life. Everything went seamlessly on the day, Katja has fantastic vendors that she has great relationships with and we really valued her inputs on what it would take to make our day truly special. We would highly recommend her if you are planning a wedding! Thank you again Katja!

Not worth your money! Find another wedding planner. She was rude, pricey and condescending!
